Charming boutique hotel, lovely breakfasts in the stunning courtyard

The staff were very friendly and helpful through-out the entire visit. The location is great, about 15min to the old town and lots of restaurants. The hotel has a lovely courtyard to have breakfast and relax in. Over-all a wonderful stay.

Staff was very attentive and location was excellent. Great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. And the breakfasts were amazing and the garden courtyard was the perfect setting.!!! We loved our balcony. It was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner.

Great location, incredible breakfasts, the people working there were efficient and very responsive. The Manager and Night Manager were so nice, extremely helpful and efficient - they set us up with a knowledgeable Guide for a walking tour of Old Town and a wine tasting / cooking class excursion and both were excellent.

Second time at sperveri. First of all super friendly service and hospitality. Rooms are well designed and very comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to everything worth doing in Rhodes town.

Sound insulation - although the hotel is located in a small alley, you can hear the people walking and talking pretty clearly

We stayed for three nights. Hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted on our first night with an ice cold beer and served a delicious breakfast every morning. Location was a 10. Its a quick walk to the beach or the old town. Loads of restaurants all around. Would stay again.

The photos do this property justice. It is gorgeous. Plus there are more little nooks to hang out in on a second level deck. The little pool is bigger than it looks and super refreshing. Very nice place to hang out and get away from the crowds.

My first room was spacious and well appointed, but you could hear every footstep in the room above. Housekeeping also permanently kept a drying rack outside my only window, and additional laundry was added to that entire small courtyard the entire stay. My tv’s sound didn’t work properly, no matter what we tried. I asked to move rooms for all these reasons. They moved me to a smaller room off the street where the headboard shared an exterior wall with a condenser unit outside. The noise from that drove me nuts, along with random bursts of mopeds from the street. I did not sleep at all. I ended up switching hotels for my third night. Added discomfort: a child in an apartment yard next to the patio was screaming all morning at breakfast. It was super uncomfortable. also at breakfast, the manager came by to ask me why I hadn’t eaten a certain thing they served. She was incredibly confrontational. And they don’t ask you what you want from their offerings, they just serve you whatever they’ve made; I saw so much food being wasted. Lastly, I was a bit dismayed that the furniture is not actually wood. It’s laminate. Still, absolutely gorgeous design in the rooms and patio. And if you’re not sensitive to noise and don’t care that housekeeping is always in the smaller courtyard, then this place will be fine for you.

The hotel was beautiful, very well kept. The staff were super friendly and spoke great English. The food was great! Every morning my wife and I looked forward to eating breakfast there.

Location, style, comfort, helpful and friendly staff

The staff was great, we had a good time and felt the hospitality, there was a parking and the location was central.

The only issue for me is that the roof was thin, we could hear people walking upstairs but since it's a small hotel it didn't happen very often.

A nicely restored Rhodes residence. The garden is very charming. The manager, Ms. Elenea, is very hospitable and helpful.

Nothing everything was perfect

Sperveri hotel was like a little garden of Eden in the middle of the Neochori of Rhodes! We do not have the words to tell you how lucky we are to have stayed at Sperveri for our honeymoon! The beautiful patio with the swimming pool, the fountain, the decor, the herbs, and the florals is what made us look forward to breakfast every morning, not to mention we got to eat a delicious breakfast everyday in this lovely scenery. Speaking of their breakfast, Natalia, Eleana, Mariella, and their staff prepared a variety of breakfast items every day for their guests. We never had the same thing for breakfast. From their delicious leek pies to their creamy coconut cakes, we could not get enough! Furthermore, our hotel room was unbelievable! Our “Pisti” room, which means “Hope” in Greek, was nothing short of perfection; always clean and immaculate. The neoclassical aesthetic of our hotel room made us feel like king and queen! We also appreciated all of the cute details the girls prepared to make us really embrace our new era in life as newlyweds (e.g. champagne & cake, cute notes, towel designs, aromas, etc.). The one detail that will be forever stuck in our memory is Sperveri’s signature scent. That beautiful Jasmin scent always hugged our noses, and as a result, we now have a reed diffuser with Sperveri’s signature scent to help us forever remember our beautiful honeymoon at this paradise. Lastly, we cannot rave enough about our girls at Sperveri. Eleana, Mariella, Natalia, and all of the staff are the epitome of Greek hospitality and warmth. They made us feel right at home and always checked in with us to ensure we are having a wonderful experience in Rhodes. We love them and we cannot thank them enough for cultivating a warm and welcoming environment for us newlyweds! We will always think of them and miss them, HENCE WHY we have the Sperveri scent at our home! We cannot wait to return to Sperveri in the future and we wish the girls all of the best!

So much to like with this hotel. Very good location close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the old town, beautiful rooms, lovely garden to cool off and relax but above all, incredible staff. Eleana (as well as the staff working with her) will go above and beyond to help guests. We would definitely stay again if we come back in Rhodes.

Anyone who rated this place lower than a 10 is a hater and I’m sure incredibly hard to please. Eleana (the manager) was incredibly kind, welcoming, hospitable and helpful as well as Christina (the owner) who we happened to bump into on our last night in the garden. Staff are more than accommodating and the facilities are quaint, clean, comfortable and low maintenance with a touch of luxury. We loved everything, from breakfast in the garden every morning, our room (honeymoon suite I can only recommend), location, all was exceptional. There’s even a garden shower on the property in the event you have a later flight and want to hit the beach one last time. Would love to stay here again.

A really beautiful and peaceful hotel with super comfy beds and the best breakfast we had in Rhodes!! The team was incredible and took such good care of us. Our dining out experiences also dramatically improved once we stayed here as the team gave us the BEST restaurant recommendations!!!! We both highly rated Sperveri and will be staying here again if we ever find ourselves back in Rhodes!

The hotel is small, quaint, with a lovely courtyard garden. But what makes it are the staff, which consists of a handful, but all of whom make the effort to ensure your stay is exceptional. We’ve stayed in some of the world’s best hotels, and none of the staff anywhere came close to being as friendly, warm, welcoming and keen to ensure your stay is exceptional as the ones here. The breakfasts whilst similar most days, always have different pastries. And as for the cakes Natalia makes, they are to die for. Eleanor leads the team and she also is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. For the money this hotel simply can’t be beaten. It’s not ultra high end decor wise, but it is clean and quirky, and the location, and the staff easily ensure your getting the best out of your holiday.

The honeymoon suite is above the kitchen area. This is great in the evenings as it is away from all other rooms, but there is some noise from about 7.30 on the morning. That said no more than most hotels when people start getting up. At least it has a lot of privacy the rest of the time!

We spent a week at Sperveri and had a wonderful experience. The hospitality was outstanding—the entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We completely agree with the glowing reviews this place has received; the high ratings are absolutely justified. One of the standout moments of our stay was the exceptional breakfast. Everything was homemade and beautifully presented by Natalia, adding a personal touch that made it truly memorable. Staying here was a highlight of our trip, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.
