The breakfast is very surprising, a large selection and everything is delicious and plentiful. The staff is nice and helpful.

The value for money is good overall, but the room is pretty average.

The receptionist who greeted me was very attentive; her name might have been Anastasia (she was blonde, but I’m not sure if there was another female receptionist). She immediately offered me coffee and gave me the room around 11 a.m. My colleagues working at the hotel’s bar, upon realizing I was in the tourism industry, offered me drinks in the evening. The maid or housekeeping supervisor who cleaned the room was also very attentive. Thank you!

Room was available before checkout time! We had an early flight out the next morning and they made a little breakfast box for us because we couldn’t enjoy the buffet. Wonderful facilities, very helpful staff. Would definitely go back if given the opportunity. Beach was also very nice.

Am unsure about the frosted glass bathroom doors and bright lights when visiting the bathroom during the night they could do with a night light in there as you end up disturbing the other person in the room-doesn’t feel very private with the frosted glass door and the shower is good but small cubicle

Location was great. Hotel is near the beach and the old town. Also opposite the hotel there is a bus station for the airport.Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming staff with drinks and a spacious nice room came with all the facilities and things needed such as soap, shower gel, hair dryer etc as expected. Nice restaurant and pool area! Understanding staff about cancelled flight and having a late check-out.

The location is great , 100 meters from the sea shore. 15 min walk or 4-8 € to the city.Staff are very nice and helpful . There is a balcony. Breakfast was very good , a lot of variation.the pool bar/ restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. There is a cattle for coffee or tea.air condition was very good, which is so important.

Upon check out, everyone at the same time it took 20 min to get an elevator, as it is so small only 2 people with suitcase can fit. Other times, 4 people can fit any of the 2 elevators. The shower is very small. But clean. The pool is not very big but it is great.

Noisy hotel late at night early morning. Waited 45 minutes for a evening drink in hotel bar was told staff shotages..

The location is ok. Big hotel with large breakfast options. Rooms are a crazy long walk.

Dirty as expected from a large hotel. Cleaners just don’t get enough time. If you are okay with a semi-clean room, book. Otherwise? No.See the hair in the bathroom, from someone else.

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, nice sea views while having breakfast and from balcony! Its the sunset part of island so every day sunset :) I loved my stay!

You have to pay for gym 5€ and for sauna €10 per hour. The beds were a bit too soft for my style but apart from this I really like the hotel :)

The clerk at the reception received us with love and kindness.

According to my order it should have include see view, this was not the case. I had to ask them to change the towels in the room after the cleaning workers finished cleaning.The elevator does not reach the floor of the room I got, I had to stop and continue by stairs, the refrigerator was not really working, and I had to ask for it to be refilled with water, compared to purchasing a room with the all-inclusive packageAnd last, the food was kind of heated and not fresh, it wasn't really tasty, and besides, it was always the same food.

Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Can walk to everything.

The hotel staff were very professional and very friendly. Irene in the restaurant was particularly observant, attentive, warm and welcoming. She made the trip such a delight for us.

All of the other reviews must hive incredibly outdated or about the resort hotel by the same name, not this one. My stay was incredibly sub par First of all the pictures are nothing like the hotel. The hotel is dirty plain and simple. Their luggage hold is just putting your bag in the main room downstairs that every person in the hotel has to walk through to even get to the pool. Not secure at all. additionally this bottom floor to get to the pool smells like a bathroom at all times and you feel like you are just in a bathroom. The internet is spotty at best. Not suitable to work. Definitely does not work at the pool at all The pool chairs are completely full by 9am. The breakfast room is way too small for the skiing of people that the hotel holds. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and are dirty and small are bare minimum - not even body wash. So many reviews said the hotel was so lenient on late check out - I asked for one hour and they said no right away. Hotel is not worth the price at all

Very clean hotel and room and excellent breakfast, Israelis will love it.

The staff were very very polite and very helpful. the location was outstanding. sea, sand, pool everything was perfect. food was delicious. Elisabeth and Irini working at the reception were friendly and very helpful, but I would like to thank especially Vasilis Chalil, who was always smiling and very helpful during my holiday. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will definitely not regret and you will have a perfect holiday that you will never forget in this hotel.
