Receptionist Despna was exceptional. She was very accomodating, very welcoming and very understanding.

The rooms were dated, run down and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was also a very unpleasant odour in the room which would not go away.

Hotel in the center, close to the sea, for sophisticated entertainment, excellent rooms, air conditioning, excellent service, good food, people from all over the world.

the place is good. the breakfast was good and the room was quiet. the balcony was the best option. the receptionist women were so friendly and helpful.

no parking lot. you can’t park in front of the hotel which i couldn’t understand. and the kitchen staff was rude.

Everything was good: the location, breakfast, friendly staff, and cleanliness. The room was big and comfortable, with a balcony.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, the breakfast is very good, and the location is fantastic.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which I think came from the drains.

It was a very nice experience, to be here while working, and at the same time have a comfortable stay in the hotel. We liked the location, 5 minutes walk from the seaside and 15 minutes walk from the old town. The staff was very polite and helpful for everything and request that we had, especially Despina, at the reception was very professional and kind. The breakfast was also excellent woth a variety of food, some of which of greek traditional cousine.

There is no Jenerator.electricity was cutting off very offen because of Rhodes fire … No Electric means No aircondition and No lift access

need to be totaly renovated, out dated bathrooms are uncomfortable, tiny showers , short curtains ! no shelfs to put any thing in showersimple breaffast ! but its ok

The location is great - just a short walk to the old town. Lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a beach.The room was bright and we had a terrace so we could sit outside. Wifi was okay, so too was the breakfast. Good airconditioning unit.

The room was rather small and basic. There wasn't a fixed shower head so you had to hold the nozzle while washing.

Small balcony and tiny bathroom, shower was to small so the shower curtain would stick to you. Also the toilet area was tiny and to close to the wall. TV was small too, would have been better if you could stream or mirror your phone on it also.That being said..Most bathrooms in Greece are small though and I'm just not used to it.

Conveniently located in Main Street with everything you want around you. Breakfast was excellent every day. The staff very friendly and greeted you with a smile all day.

No table or bench or chair in room. Wanted to work on lap top and difficult to do on bed. Guest lounge and sitting area in lobby very hot and air conditioning was switch off during the day therefore could not sit there comfortably to use laptop.Also no coffee offered in room although a kettle and coffee cups provided. Strange! We asked about this and there was a definitive NO given on request for coffee.

The location was amazing as it’s right in the centre of everything. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Old Town! The main bus station is also a 10 minute walk so very convenient.The staff are very friendly as well.

The rooms could do with an upgrade as they’re quite dated.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable room. Very good location, beaches are at 2 minutes walking distance, restaurants and bars are all around, even the old town is 10 minutes away.Also very good breakfast

It is a little bit noisy outside from the traffic and the restaurants but when you close the window it is OK.There is some bad smell from the bathroom water pipes.
