The room was absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable. Everything looked newly refurbished and the bathroom in particular was stunning. The welcome wine was a lovely touch and the hotel breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. The entire team were so helpful and friendly and really made our stay excellent. In particular we appreciated them holding our bags while we spent the day at the beach before our very late flight home. We were even able to make use of the gym shower suites after our beach day.

The bathroom floor is very slippery and the shower design makes the water come out of it.

Great location in heart of the old city. Helpful friendly staff. Very large, modern, clean room with crisp fresh linens. Lots of windows and patio access. Beach towels provided.

Breakfast food was mediocre. But service was excellent.This hotel backs on to 2 clubs that play loud music until the early hours of the morning - HOWEVER - the owner has gone to great lengths to insulate the structure and install double windows. As such, the noise is almost inaudible from inside and shouldn’t concern anyone.

Rooms are very modern, sparkling clean and good-sized. Great shampoo and conditioner from a Greek company. In the Old Town but not too far from the gate. Owner and staff could not be nicer. They even have a very nice shower you can use after the beach if you are leaving town after checkout. Numerous options for breakfast and it was all very tasty.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, wine selection and hospitality of the staff were all amazing. The room was comfortable and quiet. It’s easy to walk everywhere in the Old Town. I highly recommend! The owners welcomed me like family and made my experience beyond great!

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave and couldn’t stay longer! It was my second time at this hotel and I will continue to return when I can!

First of all, the staff is very friendly and want to help you not only during the stay but also after the stay is finished. The commitment for customer satisfaction was incredible, this trait was much much better than any place I have stayed. I would like to give you an example but I’m pretty sure it would be our experience, and other guests must have experiences that satisfied them as much as it did for us.Secondly, breakfast is very satisfying, again it was by far one one of the best value I’ve got throughout my travels.Thirdly the location was great, as it is very cöose to nightlife (ie fuego and live music is just downstairs) but interestingly no sound into our room due to great insulation. Also being in the center of old town, very easy to see historic sites. Additionaly there is a supermarket just next door.

Maybe it was only our room and we forgot to complain due to great experiences we had but the toilet flush in our room was very strong of which after the liquid spills out if we flush too fast.

Perfect location, close to attractions, restaurants, night life. Staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is very good with very quick service. Room and bathroom is new.

Arriving quite late in the day at reception we were greeted by the manager and another member of staff who made us feel very special indeed. We were given a welcoming drink and our cases were quickly transported to our room. The location of this fairly new hotel is perfect for the traveler who wishes to be in the middle of everything. The staff could not do enough for us and we had an extremely nice and comfortable five days here.

I really can't think of anything which could be improved, other than possibly a lift to the bedrooms instead of using the two sets of stairs, but they actually have two ground floor rooms available for disabled people.

The hotel was perfect! Clean, comfortable and with an amazing service from the owners and staff. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. One of the owners, Katerina is an incredible host and made our stay even better. The location is in the Old Town in a very easy accessible and close to all you need place. Absolutely recommend it!

I just spent one night. The room is brand new, the bed very comfortable, the owner very welcoming. 4 minutes on foot from Kolona port. I had an excellent dinner in Nireas tavern.

A superb hotel in terms of the quality of the rooms and facilities. All members of staff were absolutely brilliant, really friendly and always on hand to deal with any issues. A special mention to Akis who is a consummate professional and a credit to the hotel. The breakfast, which is taken on the terrace in front of the hotel, is really nice and of a high quality.

I suppose, due to the central location in Rhodes Old Town, we should have been prepared for a bit more noise in the evening from the surrounding nightlife. We're use to visiting smaller, quieter Greek islands so are not use to the more lively town environment but if it's something you are use to or indeed are a bit of a nightbird then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to you.

The location was perfect in the old town, very close to the hippocrates square and to the Marina Gate for the Kolona harbour for Dodekannisos speed ferry to Symi. We booked the superior King Suite because of the normally small sizes of greek hotel rooms but it was net necessary because the double rooms were very big as well. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The owner Dimitri and Katerina are very friendly and generous. We were spoiled with gifts and would highly recommend the hotel.

If you are a light sleeper I suggest bringing some earplugs because the noise from the nightlife can be loud sometimes.

Beautiful:-location, staff, facilities, decor, atmosphere. The manager, Michael, is a gentleman who went out of his way to make our stay fantastic.
