    Pros +

    • Lovely modern and luxurious.
    • The pool and the beach area was great.
    • Clean nice people and staff

    Cons -

    • Although it was only a single night stay, I was disappointed to have paid top $ for a room with a pool view only to be allocated a room with the view of the veranda roof below. Minimal view of the pool unless you craned your neck from the balcony wall.
    • 90% of the food doesn’t taste good, the greek restaurant wasn’t a greek restaurant at all, the italian restaurant was good but the same menu all the time, the room wasn’t soundproof so you hear everything from the hotel even from the floor above you you can hear them so you dont have a quiet moment in your room, i asked the reception for iron it took them 40 minutes to get to the room. Bathroom/shower was little old. About the staff if you order a drink while you’re setting in the pool area it will take at least 30 minutes to get for you, About the beach the shore have a lot of rocks. **you pay a lot of money for nothing**

This was our second stay there, we liked it very much in the first time and came back. we had a pretty good time. Main restaurant, the cafe spiritz and all the staff are really good.

There are two-three other restaurants in addition to main restaurant, last year they were better, but this year we had the impression that they cannot offer the same level of food as main restaurant, the other restaurants should improve. There is no possibility to have early "good" coffee in entire hotel, the coffee served together with breakfast was not satisfying.

The stay was very nice overall. The gentleman at reception who loved Portugal :) was especially friendly and welcoming. The drinks and facilities were good, and the buffet food was enjoyable. The pool, beach, and bar were excellent and added a lot to the experience, making it easy to relax and enjoy the holiday.

The food at the Italian and Greek restaurants was disappointing. The biggest issue, though, was the transportation service. We booked the hotel transfer for both arrival and departure, but it never showed up on either occasion. When we landed, we didn’t receive any message, so I had to call the transfer company. It felt like they had forgotten our booking. They told me they would check and call back, and when they did, they said it would take 20 minutes for a car to arrive, even though we had already provided our flight number and arrival time. Since we couldn’t wait, we had to pay for a taxi ourselves. For the return trip, I tried to confirm in advance so the same thing wouldn’t happen again, but unfortunately, it did. At 7:10 a.m., no driver arrived. The receptionist called the company, and from the conversation, it was clear they had no record of our booking. She explained it as being due to traffic, but at that time of the morning, there was none. Thankfully, the hotel arranged and paid for a taxi, but we still left 30 minutes later than planned, which caused a lot of stress as we were worried about missing our flight.⸻

Rooms were always clean. Reception and other staff was always helpful and so kind.

The common areas were not so clean. I even can say dirty. Especially pool area. The sunbeds had turned yellow. I think the management needs to put some people in duty for the common places cleaning.

I stayed at the hotel for about a week with my family and it was simply amazing. The hotel is clean and shiny, the rooms are excellent, the dining options are varied and excellent, and the hotel facilities, especially the pool and the beach, were just like a dream. There are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed every moment of our vacation, and all of this is mainly thanks to the wonderful hotel staff who help and give excellent treatment, and all with a huge and warm smile. Special thanks to the reception team and Mr. Nikos for the good treatment, to the hotel manager Jean-Marc for the concern, but mainly and with great love to the amazing guest relations team Tim, Eftyehios and the lovely Denia who took care of us and helped us with everything in an extraordinary way. You are amazing people and we were happy to meet you. We look forward to returning to the hotel and meeting you again. Many thanks and great appreciation from the Zamir family.

It was an unforgettable stay. Everything was just perfect: large and comfortable rooms, plenty of space, and nice little surprises like cookies and drinks waiting for us when we walked in. The room was very bright and clean, with a comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was amazing (we had a poolside view). The hotel is big, but the design is so well thought out that it never feels crowded. The pool is huge and divided into several sections, offering many beautiful spots where you can either enjoy some privacy or relax with friends and family. There are plenty of seating options around the pool—sunbeds and beds on the water where you can rest and tan. On the other side of the building is a beautiful beach, with plenty of free sun loungers under umbrellas.Since it’s an all-inclusive resort, there’s an ice cream bar with a large selection, as well as a café serving sandwiches, fresh fruit, and pastries throughout the day. Several bars - near the pool, on the beach, and inside the hotel - serve great beverages. For kids and anyone who enjoys non-alcoholic cocktails, I recommend trying the Hakuna Matata and Shirley. The buffet, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offers a wide variety of options with great flavors. There’s also a fantastic selection of sweets and drinks. Every evening, there’s a themed party (we especially enjoyed the disco, Latin, and Greek nights). The reception staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and eager to make your stay even better. They provided excellent recommendations, arranged taxis, and assisted with everything we asked for (special thanks to Petrоs, who greeted us with a smile every morning, asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything, he helped us a lot in different ocasions, we really appreciate that!).We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation with excellent quality service.

We ve been here for the 3rd time and we enjoy the great service and attitud evety time. Every one is smileing doing their utmost to help and make oyr staying placent. Special thanks to Eftychios from guest relations. The hotel facilities are clean and wellcoming. The pool, the beach, the bars and all the public areas are confortable and nice. The food is variable and tasty. We certanly will be back for the 4th time.

The queues in the bar should be shorter.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! One of the best things is that the hotel is right on the beach—you don’t need to cross any streets like you do with many others in the area. It was perfect for us, especially since I was 7 months pregnant and traveling with our 16-month-old toddler.A special thank you to Tania at the reception, who truly went above and beyond. She helped us with everything—booking restaurants, giving us great recommendations, and even offering us a complimentary late check-out when our flight changed. Her kindness and support made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. The cleaning lady even gifted a ball to our toddler, which made his day! The on-site Greek restaurant was unbelievably good—delicious food and great atmosphere. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We felt so well taken care of and can’t wait to come back!

Location : excellent. Food and beverages: absolutely first class. This is the nucleus to a good all inclusive and the Electra Palace has it down to a fine art. From the main restaurant to the speciality restaurants, so much care is taken to provide the best. The management and all the staff can’t do enough to help and nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Tim the Guest Relations manager and the F&B manager were just 2 of the overall management team who made our visit very special. We will return.

Very little. They know there are some areas for improvement (outside food &!drinks) which they are constantly working on to improve. Only very small details

    9YelizPosted on: 11-4-2024

the food was so good either in main restaurant or in Alacarte restaurants. We could easily rent a car. The hotel is family friendly and the sea in front of the hotel was a great playground for our kid. The evening programs were also fun. We are planning to come back, already booked for next year. There is also possibility for privacy and calm space if you are not with kids. The gym is equipped with up to date and functional training sets.

We have had better massage in the spa in different places. So, spa facility could have been better. It was not bad, but compared to other things in the hotel, a bit behind.

    10MikePosted on: 10-28-2024

It was our second time visiting electro Palace. We absolutely love the place and love the island. The hotel is absolutely amazing and the food is unbelievable. Billy the bartender recognised us from last year and so did George on reception start there are really nice and kind and we have booked up again for next year. Can’t wait to go back for our October break.

The entertainment could be a little bit better on a nighttime but overall still lovely and chilled.

The staff were great, they were very nice and welcoming. No matter where you are at the hotel, there’s always a bar not too far away.Small kids park near the poolItalian restaurant in the hotel

A few minor inconveniences:1. No towel hangers in the bathroom except for one inside the shower2. No heated pool, cold water. prevented my toddlers from going into the pool

    8SusannePosted on: 10-18-2024

The staff are excellent, all of them, nothing is too much trouble. The design of the hotel wonderful, very spacious inside and even more so outside. The Italian restaurant really good, the Greek Tray outstanding. Wine Bistro OK. Buffet restaurant OK, with some issues. Beds very comfy. A very relaxing atmosphere at all times, but we were there in early October. Air conditioning worked very well.

The shower in the smaller bathroom in our suite leaked dreadfully and had been for years.Noise from very low incoming planes a nightmare. Items running out for breakfast, fresh honeycomb, apple juice, peaches ,Earl Grey tea bags, milk and juices all long life, that's not 5*. The carpet in the hall on our floor had some awful stains. Lunch boxes if you are not there for lunch are not worth having. We asked for the highest room possible, we got the lowest. If you like sun on your balcony at any time, a sea view is not for you. Our room was not soundproofed as listed.

    10RandmaPosted on: 10-17-2024

Food was good and different! The pool area was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Hotel corridor had tiered looking and our room door didn’t hold any noise!

Although the hotel approved our request for a double bed, we received two separate beds on the first night of the vacation.

    10RóbertPosted on: 10-4-2024

Superb! Everything is in one place. Car renting, shop, bus station. Live music every night. THis place is a paradise. The food was not our favorite, but IMO it is tweaked for the British, french taste. Other than that this place is THE must-have place in Rhodes. Do not hesitate to book here. It is lovely that they let the cats come in to the restaurant area.
