Ammades All Suites Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

The hotel was completely deluxe, and the expansive and beautiful pool, plus surrounding lounges and nooks, added to the great vibe of the place. The private beach was right there. The service in beach loungers was very well organized and efficient.Faliraki town and beaches to the north are highly developed, with one hotel right after another. But Ammades felt isolated and special. The fixtures, doors, balcony, walls, etc had the absolute rock-hard feel of high quality and first class.

Nothing really. Great place if your goal is the beach between Rhodes Town and Lindos.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The facilities where modern and aesthetically pleasing. It was adults only which was nice and the overall mood was very relaxing. The snacks provided was a nice touch and the toiletries where very good also. Good quality towels/ bathrobes and overall make of the rooms.The fruit platter and sparkling wine was a nice touch.

Hair in the shower was missed and not cleaned. The food could be improved - the options were good but there was a lot of brown bread. Rather than muffin in eggs benedict overall good but there is room for improvement. Beach bar food was also very average.

Impressive breakfast options, great food both at breakfast and poolside, attentive to criticism, wonderfully friendly staff, location was close enough to town but rather peaceful. We should note we were upgraded to a full sea view suite free of charge right off the bat, without even asking.

The local restaurant during the evening wasn't great - dishes took forever to arrive and could have been tastier. Luckily they took the criticism seriously and compensated us the day after with the poolside service. Do take note the beds are the springy bouncy kind.

Hotel was super nice and clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, food is good with some vegan options (!), pool is super nice and pool beds are super comfy, little shopping area at walking distance!Seen some reviews about hearing too much noise from the nearby hotels, although you do hear a bit of music or events, it wasn't loud enough to bother us.

Nothing . Just bear in mind you will need Acqua shoes but it is not an issue at all. You can buy them just around the corner for 12€. The sea is marvelous

The beach has a lot reef making difficult to walk in to the sea.

Honestly, there is absolutely nothing negative to say. This hotel is pure perfection from beginning to end.

We had remarkable time here. Beyond amazing stay and truly enjoyed every minute.The staff is great, breakfast absolutely delicious, rooms are spacious and very well decorated (I still miss this closet ohh…) and overall chill atmosphere and vibe.

Super minor but since it’s close to the big all inclusive resort you hear the music and pool activities from the other hotels. Really easy to solve with some ambiance music in the pool speakers to cover it.

Beautifully designed, very friendly staff, all the little touches were lovely (Easter bread, Rhodian honey gifts, fruit plate), service was prompt and thoughtful. Having our own private pool was great.

Not their fault but didn’t realise the surroundings were so busy. The town it is in (Faliraki) is not to my taste. Restaurant service was a bit slow at peak times and a bit haphazard.

Everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of space. The food was always very delicious, and breakfast had multiple options. The people were super nice and always worried about every detail.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Room was huge. Great bathroom. Very clean and nicely decorated. Orange juice from breakfast was the best orange juice I’ve ever had. The lunch bar menu was huge and tasty as well.

Beautiful place with amazing staff and facilities. The rooms are spacious as is the whole hotel, at no point do you feel over crowded. Gorgeous pool with great access to the beach. The staff couldn't have been better!

Nothing everything was 1st class

This place is a jewel.I spent two weeks and enjoyed every day so much.The hotel has a very special black design and a very calming atmosphere, with lot of beautiful art, which was created specifically for Ammades. I really appreciated the hospitality of the hotel personnel.Special thanks to Izabella and her team (Manolis , Maria , Rolem , Aisha , Gretchen, Samantha, Bruna).They were very kind and very helpful.The breakfast was amazing, with a very beutiful view to the sea.I also really appreciated the choice of music in the hotel, especially the playlists during dinner in the beautiful restaurant.Izabella, you have an amazing taste!Thanks ?, will come back!

The hotel is new and cozy, reception team is super friendly and helpful, we felt immediately welcomed, well informed and relaxed upon arrival. Room has beautiful view, spacious, cozy, luxury and clean. Side comment: I especially love the sliding system for placing the luggage, how smart in using space/ organizing! Everyday they do house keep and come again in evening to slightly tidy up the room, I love it! Breakfast is tasty and full of choices, swimming pool is beautiful, nice to swim and the pool side sunbeds & gazebo are super cozy and comfortable, really relaxing. We had a great stay!

Upon check out, we were already asked for feedback, I love the mindset of keep seeking improvement. Here it goes some of the additions that we think would make the hotel experience towards perfection (while it's already very good hotel): - Upgrade of the beach experience is needed (currently not 5-star: minimal service, tables & sunbed not clean, old sunbed) - Breakfast service was not up to 5-star. Staff were not prepared to receive guests 7:15am at breakfast (official breakfast hours: 7-10). It is ok if you are the only table but when there are 1-2 tables more at the same time, it gets a bit messy (table not setup upon arrival, dropping cutlery on floor while setup, dishes clustered on table, missing coffee order, etc.) Consider to have rather enough staff for the whole period rather than slowly adding extra staff only as it gets later? - Personal preference but: pool side menu could have been more extended/ more bite options, consider adding cold draught beer (currently only bottled and not cold enough) and serve the drinks in glasses instead of plastic cups and make sure staff pick up finished cups/ plates more often, not just the end of the day - no night life/ bar/ entertainment in hotel, while there is actually beautiful bar both in & outdoor of the hotel

Cleanliness, staff and overall accommodations are top notch. Our room was large, perfectly clean and had essentially everything you would need during your stay. Staff is very professional, helpful and absolutely delightful. The rooms, pool, breakfast and snack bar were nothing short of amazing. Really looking forward to coming back next year.

Not much to complain about!

Great facilities, very comfortable room, fabulous way to start a holiday

The food is far too fussy and really need to be simplified a little. We have scallops & they were swimming in a gloopy sauce, I then had fish for my main course and again swimming in a gloop. Breakfast was excellent, simple well cooked using good ingredients, unfortunately dinner is way too pretentious.Also why can’t we order a glass of wine - almost every restaurant in the world this is possible but not here?

The pool area was amazing, the room was huge and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The music from the next hotel was loud and not relaxing at all.
