Pros +
- The staff were terrible at customer service. They told my partner to use his hands to get food, they took 1 hour to bring us ice multiple times. The room was not as nice and location was close to port and not an area to swim. The doors were made of plywood and then had plaster over them as decor.
- Breakfast is good Location is good
- We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We were on an all-inclusive basis, which was very indulgent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of pools, so it never felt crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and lunch by the pool was great.
Cons -
- All of it!
- It was so noisy there was connection with the other room . The people were drunk and Al the nights shouting and couldn’t sleep. The isolation of the. Hotel is not good at all you can hear the steps of the the upper level guests .
- The only downside was that the buffet dinner wasn’t very impressive, but the a la carte dinners were a good replacement.

The aesthetics of the hotel are amazing! Plenty of pools with different vibe, many organized activities, premises large overall - from that perspective, all make it a good place even for a longer stay.
The reception staff can be quite rude, which is shocking for a hotel positioning itself as a 5 star. All other staff are generally nice. Rooms differ in size, so we would recommend checking that early on if you wish to complain (it is even clear from the safety map on the room door). The noise from the main bar is very perceptible in the rooms at night, so earplugs recommended if you want to fall asleep before 1pm.
The beach was absolutely perfect. We loved swimming in the quiet little bay.The food was wonderful, the room was super comfortable.
Night activity was lacking. Not enough beach beds.
Very lousy property very dirty
The rooms are dirty the towels are very bad smell and dirty the bed is small and the sheets are very poor and dirty The service is terrible they only say NO to everything we ask The coffee is terrible They clean the room only once a day and they clean it at 5 pmVery disappointing place Not recommended at all
Stuff was amazing, super nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean overall and the food was tasty.
Was a bit of bees and wasps around the food tables that in some cases make us go up and leave the food :/
Beautiful property, very kind staff, the room was decent, however it seemed bigger in pictures than in person. Otherwise we love our stay here.
The picture online are deceiving when it comesTo the sizes of the rooms
Excellent value for money, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was fun and I will definitely be back.
A slightly unpleasant smell from the towels, but this is the only “bad” thing I can tell. Everything else was perfect
Amazing! They have 15 pools, bar, kiosk 3 restaurants, great breakfast and amazing service. At reception Katerina Christos and Nefeti were always there to help, they were very kind!Michael was amazing too, and Raphael’s and Deana the same. I’ll be back
We ate at the sushi restaurant and it was very expensive for very tiny portions, there were barely any vegetarian options and I left very hungry. Also we were group of 3 people and we had a room with shared pool, outside there were 2 sun beds and I wish they could prepare to it better because we had to ask for another bed for almost every day
We take a great service at the bar from Thanasis, Tasos, Mateo and spuros
We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Elissa Ella Resort in Rhodes, having previously stayed at its sister property, Helea Family Beach Resort, in 2024. This time, we chose Elissa for its serene, adults-only experience, and it truly delivered. We’re already planning our return next year. The staff made our experience exceptional, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Despina, Georgina, Nicos, Catriona, and many others who went above and beyond every day. Your kindness, professionalism, and warmth are the heart of this resort. To resort management – your staff are the true asset of Elissa. We kindly urge you to ensure they’re supported, particularly at the pool bar, where at times there were clearly not enough team members to cater to the high number of guests. A little reinforcement there could go a long way in enhancing the overall experience for both guests and staff.A small suggestion for customer service – when a restaurant such as Kavos needs to close unexpectedly, a simple phone call or message to guests with reservations would help avoid confusion. Many, including ourselves, arrived only to find our bookings cancelled without notice. To fellow guests, a gentle reminder: treat the staff with respect. When you stay for more than a few days, they become familiar faces — even friends. Be patient, tidy up after yourself, and remember that kindness goes a long way.Lastly, to past, present, and future guests — please respect the peaceful atmosphere that makes Elissa so special. Loud music from your bluetooth speakers at the pool or beach disrupts the shared space and isn’t appropriate for an adults-only resort focused on relaxation. If you’d like to party loudly, perhaps a livelier destination like Ibiza would be more fitting. Respect others' right to peace and quiet, just as you would hope for yours. To the entire team at Elissa: thank you once again for your dedication and for making our stay both comfortable and memorable.

It’s beautiful, modern with stunning views of the ocean and exceptional customer service.
The Architectural Design and Concept was nice
The overall experience was very disappointingThe hotel wasnt 100% finished. The location / beach was not pleasant and without serviceThe quality of the food was really bad at the buffet and also at the restaurant.
It has an amazing infinity pool and wonderful lay out. Vasilis was our saviour & Spiros was so helpful too. We arrived fully inclusive at the end of the season and all the restaurants were closing which was less than ideal As we hadn’t wanted to eat in the buffet on our all inclusive package. Thanks to Vasilis excellent customer care our holiday was rescued and we made a new friend - the food was superb and the staff delightful and so engaging despite being days before the end of a very long season.
It was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous!
No iron in rooms and hotel only offers a pressing service. Every luxury 5 star hotel I have stayed in offers both. The gym also was not very functional. The equipment was more so just there for the aesthetics. There was a water station in there, but it was not working the entire time I stayed on property.
The property and rooms look exactly as pictured and the view was just stunning. Everything was extremely clean, housekeeping did an exceptional job. The drinks at the bar were wonderful, proper cocktail bar quality and a vast menu of drinks to enjoy. The pool our room had direct access to also had sea view and the beach was very clean with plenty of deck chairs. Also: they were serious about the Adults Only policy.
Despite trying their best, the staff (except for the restaurant staff) often weren't very helpful - things seemed rather disorganised. They weren't very proactive and communication wasn't the best (room service ordered but arrived 3.5 hours later - honestly the worst pizza of my life. No towels available but you're not allowed to bring your own, the fries we ordered at the pool bar were cold, we asked for fresh ones and the ones we got were also cold, etc) and of the two trips we booked, one (trip to Lindos) ended up being a bit of a disaster in terms of transportation etc. The pools were really nice, however it rained a lot throughout the third day of our stay and staff didn't bother collecting the cushions of all deck chairs, so they got completely soaked and all guests had wet bums for the rest of the week. The food at the buffet was pretty decent, but going to the other (very overpriced) restaurants was a big disappointment. We often ended up going out to Rhodes Town for dinner, enjoying food at very high-end restaurants that weren't even as expensive as the ones at Elissa - and so much better. The food at the hotel was trying really hard to be something it isn't. And that also somewhat applies to the hotel itself. If you're truly looking for a 5 star experience, this isn't the the place. If it advertised itself as a 4 star hotel, I would've considered it a very nice one with okay value for money.
Breakfast good. Staff very good.
Coffee very poor! Milk poor too!Marmalade was good, but a jar of marmalade was only there for 1 morning. All other jams were overpoweringly sweet!
The hotel was in great condition and the facilities were kept exceptionally clean throughout, we also had great weather :D.
Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable, this could have been the pillows, or/ and the mattress, and the bedding was not the comfiest. There was not a huge amount to do in the evenings, no particular hub or events planned which left us residing to the room early in the evening with not much to do. Certain things were best explained to us on arrival, such as using the two external restaurants on site and the discount received based on not using the hotels facilities etc. there was not much for us to do around the location of the hotel, however this could have been overcome with more events or a social hub/ vibe happening within the hotel in the evenings.
Amazing hotel with friendly service.
They have many pools, but all of them are ice cold, hardly anyone is in them. They should heat at least the main pool.
