The staff was 5* , especially the dining staff was exceptional in doing their jobs and so friendly and caring. The food was good , nice selection - nice breakfast for early risers which I was so grateful for

The bed was like a stack of wood pallets , most uncomfortable bed possibly ever. The shower didn’t drain at all I had to turn the water off five different times just to get through my shower and let it drain every time then turn it back on to finish

Very close to the airport and the staff was very nice. Great location on the beach. Food was great for it being a buffet!

Hotel is in tragical condition. Evrything is broken, furniture is old and dirty (even in reception). GYM? I have never seen gym in so bad condition. There is even no gym. Equipment broken, in rust and dirty.

Location is perfect,out of the town,peaceful and not busy on the beach If you are looking for proper rest this is perfect place.Food was amazing

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel in Rhodes, Greece, for our Honeymoon and we can't praise it enough. Their welcoming demeanor and professionalism were evident in every interaction, making me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued member of their extended family.The accommodation were comfortable, offering stunning views of Rhodes, the all inclusive facilities were amazing, the animation team were fun as hell and the car rent office in the hotel all that added much enjoyment to our experience.Thus we would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at this hotel for their exceptional service and for making our stay in Rhodes a truly unforgettable one, your warmth and hospitality added an extra layer of magic to our honeymoon, and I cannot wait to return to your beautiful hotel in the near future.

The staff were amazing, but the hotel let the staff down

The hotel is in a lovely position, gardens well kept but I did not see anywhere advertised that the hotel was right on a Rhodes airport flight path.The whole complex needs a complete upgrade, pool tiles been painted over and paint chipping off, our bedroom bathroom had mould and rusty pipework, lots of cement coming off around the pools adjoining the bedrooms and electric switches fallen off walls, personally the hotel should shut down and spend a lot of money upgrading and it could then be worth the 4 stars to make it safe.Food as normal in All inclusive food warm and repetitive, would be totally fed up with food after 1 week but luckily only there for 3 days.Why does the entertainment team think you are children with stupid loud music around the pool and night entertainment dreadful.A glass had broken around the pool someone had alerted a member of staff and this took 20 mins to clear up, it could have been dangerous if people had not alerted others walking around the pool with no shoes on.Our bedroom was never cleaned only bed made no replenishment of tea or coffee or water in fridge, why did we have to pay for bottles of water at the bar?? Surely water is cheaper than alcohol.

Everything and everyone was so nice!!!! You have within your staff a mix of cultures, which is so nice. I was able to speak to an Italian lady in reception, she was so welcoming and lovely. Smiling faces all the time at the restaurant, bar, and surroundings... It was a really good experience ? thanks to all

It was a bit out of the way, but it was ok because we were planning to do nothing ?

I was staying in Ocean Blue for two weeks in September 2024. This was my dream vacation. I stayed there for a second time and it was because of the very wellcoming staff and location near to the sea and airport. My stay would be not as great without the amazing perfect host MARIA! She is very kind, special person and a catering division manager that makes sure you are not starving and having your best time to the last little detail! The rest of the staff was great too..Rula, Magda, Matina, Adriana, Violeta, Virginia, Daniel, Georgos, entertainment group ? and the list goes on!!! Lazaros the manager!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart! My rooms were cleaned every day, the food was great and a lot to choose from even though I am a vegetarien, everyone smiling, and the bartenders very present and helpful ? recommend this place and do not miss out to know the people around, they make this place very special and great! Also Vasilis the gardener made this resort a little place of paradise whith an impeccable garden looking ar the sea. I recommend this place to try for all, you will defenitely find something special in there for your lovely stay! Relax, enjoy and live in the present ?

The property could use some renovation and upgrade.

While the room was clean and comfortable, I believe there is some room for improvement in terms of the overall decor. A few updates or small touches could enhance the ambiance and make the space feel even more inviting. However, we didn’t spend much time in the room, as there were so many great things to enjoy around the hotel and its beautiful surroundings.

It is in a very nice location. The rooms are cleaned regularly every day. The staff is very attentive, especially NEVİ at the reception, he made us feel at home, I would like to thank him very much from here. The variety of food is limited, to be honest, I only drank beer as alcohol but I had to buy it from the market because I did not like it, I did not like that the beer was served in paper cups, it is also bad that there are no staff to take care of the sunbeds and the sea even though the hotel is right next to the beach. Other than that, everything is very nice, you can go with your family, it is a very peaceful environment.

Very short transfer from airport, spacious room - upgraded for some reason - clean room and public spaces, friendly staff. So helpful to be able to stay on site for a couple of hours after official check out time without all inclusive bands being removed.

Hotel is directly beneath flight path, it didn’t bother us but it can be noisy for the few seconds it takes for a plane to come in to land. It’s a plan spotters paradise!

The staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you and they were beyond lovely. They upgraded our room to a private pool for my birthday which is so lovely! The beach nearby has lovely cushioned sunbeds for €4 all day.

The food was really bad. I have nothing more to say about that to be honest. I just wish I took photos because we gave up after the first night (slimy fish, brown mushy nuggets) The facilities are run down: broken chairs, moldy sink, rusty mirror etc., had a problem with ants swarming any drinks we had in glasses. Private pool wasn’t clean to be begin with (photos from first day) & we had a storm but for at least 2 days (probably more because we left before we saw anything be done) they left the pools looking like a pond? If I had paid for a private pool I would be shocked that they didn’t bother to do anything with it. We did actually see a cleaner walk round but he just fished out a couple of leaves and that was job done lol

It was lovely and convenient for the airport, it is friendly and welcoming and a lovely location, not that i used the facilities but they looked nice!

The curtains or lack of them. It was hard to sleep because the light shining in the room. That is my only criticism, it is fine for work but if I was on holiday for a week it would drive me crazy!

Hotel was clean. The stuff was also very polite and talkative. The entertainment team was great and full of energy. The food was good quality (except from ice cream ?). The pastry was delicious. The beach is very close by and water is amazing even when windy. My family and I had a great time!

Only a tiny detail about the food is that it is salty in my opinion.Beach is with a lot of stones. Water shoes are recommended. Just mentioning, however it has nothing to do with the hotel.

Our rooms with our own swimming pool were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Food varied everyday and we enjoyed the food everytime. In case you need something or want to eat out, supermarket and restaurants were only minutes away from the hotel. All personals were very friendly and very helpful. Angelo you are one of the best!

The food choices were very poor for a 4* star hotel. Everyday the food was the same. Lack of vegetarian choices. Snack bar very poor standard of food and drink.

Location is good and close to airport. Staff was friendly and professional, thanks to bartenders Daniel and Antonis, they were professional. Also, Maria who manages meals and hotel staff.Beach is not so wide, but also not crowded at all which is a great plus.

Some evening shows could be improved. Just adding more night like Greek show, Sunday show also must be.Hotel facilities needs some minor fixed (lights, doors etc)

Much better than the tripadvisor reviews, the hotel was kept very clean, the staff were friendly and happy to help and the entertainment was always funny to watch even if we didn’t participate. Pool was very clean and easy access to a nearby beach. Food okay nothing amazing but perfectly fine with lots of choices and always fresh bread and salad etc available. It is on a flight path but we knew this when booking and personally it didn’t bother us.

A small thing but it would be nice to see mattress protectors on the beds, sometimes our sheet came off and it felt a little unclean to be touching the mattress.Sunbeds could also be updated, most of them are fine but more are broken than there should be.Overall nothing that would ruin our stay and for the price we thought it was good value for money!
