    Pros +

    • Convenient location near the airport and main city. The pool and beach area was really nice. We stayed in the Apollo building in a family room overlooking the sea. The main dinning hall was nice and had a great view. It was our first “all inclusive” vacation so my expectations were not high. Overall we had a great time even during the end of the summer season (3rd week of October).

    • Great location on the beach. Staff friendly.

    Cons -

    • The hotel is a bit old and dated. It’s rated as a 4-star hotel, but more like a 3-star budget hotel due to the old and patched up facilities. They pictures are not what it looks like in real life. The games/arcade area is from the 1980’s and ate up our money without working. The menu was the exact same for the entire 8 days we stayed there and got tired of eating the same thing. The shower in the room had no curtains so the floor was always soaked. The A/C unit did not work and blew warm air so we had to keep the doors open and mosquitoes got in. We also wasted 170 Euros for a “sports massage” for 2 people. The lady who massaged us barely put any pressure and was a complete waste of money. The cabana that they use for the massage session also smelled like piss. Maybe the cats sleeps in there at night. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place. It’s in the direct landing path of the airport and you will have constant aircraft landing above you throughout the day.
    • There was not enough sunbeds. It was impossible to find free sunbed any time during the day. The food was not tasty. The towels in the room were taken but new ones were not given very often. My children left their towers and the keys from the room on the bench. When they come back someone threw them away and the keys were lost. We had to pay 50 euros for that Very unpleasant experience
    • Room was dated but clean. Entrance door has glass panel next to it so morning sun shines in and lights up the whole room very early.

The staff were fantastic throughout the hotel, in particular the at the main pool bar, where both bartenders work very hard all day, yet keep on smiling, joking, and ensuring that their guests have a wonderful time - BRAVO to the duo !! :). I would also like to thank the front desk staff for all the taxis they ordered me with a smile :)

I couldn't sleep on the bed at all - both sides were completely sagged in. Luckily, the sofa was relatively comfortable, so I slept on the sofa the entire week of my stay.

It was a good hotel. Food was good but with little choice and variety, so if you are ok with si ply food you will be happy.

It is really near the airport and you can hear airplanes every 10min. Very noisy, we did underestimate the proximity to the airport

Hotel in a good location, and facilities good but tired and in need of modernising.Food ok/average.

    Close to town

Bed is rock hard, the food in the Mamamia restaurant was awful, not worth it at all, the parking in the hotel is a disaster because the man in charge doesn’t understand english and doesnt want to let you park.

This was a honeymoon. Good location. Basic all inclusive but you get what you pay for.

Standing naked after having shower and another guest came into my room using a key given to him by reception!!! They denied they had given him the key. Incompetent! The manager sent a plastic plate of fruit , banana, apple and orange to the room as an apology! Imagine walking round the hotel and bumping into the guy every day around the hotel! Embarrassing!

We were in the furthest section from the main hotel, but it meant we shared a huge swimming pool with only 32 other rooms. Pool was never crowded and we always had loungers. Also a pool bar to ourselves as no one who wasn't in our section would use it. The room itself was better than expected. It had 2 rooms with the bathroom area between the two, so kids will be separated from parents, unlike one room with a sleeper couch, which is what we were expecting. Food was good. Great selection and variety daily. Breakfast was pretty much the same each day, enough variety to change it up if you want. When they say beach front hotel, you couldn't get closer. The water was 20 meters from the pool area. Would definitely stay here again

The entertainment was pretty uninspiring, but maybe just me. There is a bit of shopping and restaurants very nearby so we walked around there in the evening.TV was not worth having in the room. We watched Netflix on a laptop. The beds were very firm... My wife and daughter did not sleep well despite requesting a new mattress or pillow, these did not come.

    Pleasant

Honestly, the buffet room was crowded maybe a bit IMO undersized, sometimes waiting for plates or glasses to be replaced etc., resulting in queues.Besides, we didn't enjoy the meals much, either.Lastly - and not this hotel specific - it's not a quite location by no means, as it is in live with the nearby airport.

    Only the sea is beautiful

The food is very bad and the oil used is of such poor quality that it even worsens the taste of the food. We stayed for 2 nights and ate and drank outside all the time. Not only was every part of the hotel unhygienic, but also the food was unhygienic. There was hair during the meal, and it appeared twice on different plates. All staff except the hotel reception are very rude and have almost the worst behavior towards customers. Also, please pay attention to the hands of the staff who give you drinks from places such as the pool bar, main bar, etc., as their fingers are in contact with the drink overflowing from the glass. There are long queues at all drinks and toilets too. Don't be fooled by the all-inclusive statement that the open buffet is open, drinks run out very quickly and it takes a long time to replenish them. We conveyed these situations to the hotel customer relations, and then we talked to the hotel manager. Only our room changed, and unfortunately the other issues remained the same.

Stunning views of the sea. Clean facilities. Amazing location! The entertainment manager Billy was just fabulous!

The only things we liked were the sea and the hotel's location.

There were numerous issues during our stay. To start, the hotel buildings were outdated and poorly maintained. It was evident that no renovations had been done recently. The beds were old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the doors, bathroom, and elevator were all in a state of disrepair. The elevator, in particular, was extremely small and barely accommodated a baby stroller. The restaurant was quite small, and the menu was disappointing, offering nearly the same dishes every day with little variety. We attempted to address these concerns with the receptionist, but they claimed that the building we were staying in had been recently renovated, which was clearly not true. Although there were parking spots available the parking guard directed foreign cars to specific spots, leaving us with very few options.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great facilities and 3 good sized pools. The service was excellent, always with a smile!

Buffet did not have as many vegetarian options as we would've liked. Local drinks served could be a lot better in taste and quality.

Amazing beach , wonderful sea! Stuff very kind and attentive! Great variety of food, everything fresh and delicious ?! We’re enjoyed every single day! Great place

It is a solid 4 star hotel. There may be the tyniest disavantages here and there, but the whole atmosphère is very home-like and friendly. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were always fed and entertained. No queues, enough space near the swimming pools and at the beach, enough shadow. Clean and nice.

    6IwanPosted on: 8-10-2024

Pool, bar, and location right on the beach is great. Plenty of sun loungers around the pools and on the beach. Excursions and car rental at the hotel was handy. Beautiful sea view from the balcony of our room. Reception also has a great system to book taxis and all taxis across the island are reasonable. I would strongly suggest the waterpark and to rent a car for the day from 8am - 8pm for 60€ to explore the island - definitely the best day of our holiday.

The rooms, particularly the bathroom and AC, were bad. Often our bathroom would stink of sewers/drains because of the vent on the floor. After a shower, our floor would flood up through the vent on the floor. AC is old and useless. The food was also very disappointing. Every day was exactly the same at every meal and the quality of the food and choice generally was extremely poor. We would have the same breakfast, then pizza or hot dog at the snack bar for lunch, then would go out locally or to the Old Town (20 mins taxi) to restaurants at night. Not ideal when we’ve already paid for all-inclusive at the hotel, but restaurants are reasonably priced and food was excellent. This hotel is 10 minutes from the airport and on the flight path of inbound flights.
