Hotel KGA Elite Continental

Well maintained in a good location

There were small ant like insects frequently present even after the staff cleaning

it was clean , but there were bugs crawling on the floor

yup , no one available at night to answer the cal , bugs on the floor and the wall like little night flies

Location and staff

Food especially breakfast is not good at all. You will find only 3-4 items

Excellent property, well maintained, clean and with all amenities

Very quiet and calm, staff are kind.

Too much tiny insects around the table. One of the restaurant staff didn't bring a change (50INR) on 25-Mar for my room service dinner.

I am happy with the hotel. But I am not happy with Booking.com. I booked room through Booking.com with breakfast. But when I reached the property they told me that our booking is without breakfast. I don't know who is cheating. Please check what went wrong and do the correction accordingly so that it will not happen in future. I am not happy with Booing.Com.

Please take necessary action for the mistake you have done and advise what action you have taken to improve your services.

Comfortable Stay, great location, helpful Staff

The water pressure, the breakfast, the towels and linens

The window didn't have much sunlight because of the metal grating covering it

Good location Roof top restaurant/bar is really good

Some rooms were quite dark - had to ask for a change because the first room had no natural light

B/f was good. Location as well. Staff all very helpful & cooperative. Especially F/O staff Mr. Sreejith. Keep it up.

Location

Comfort of the bed and AC

People are nice

Problems with mosquitos in the room. Food quality is not good. Breakfast is terrible, no choices

There was a lovely variety of food for breakfast and other mealtimes including the little coffee shop.Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Location and staff

Breakfast could be bettered. Tv in both the rooms was not functional

Location, amenities, very friendly staff

Spotty internet, smells

Location/ access to everything/service was good and prompt

The room has a split level, when you come out of the bathroom into the room, have to be careful with elders.

Breakfast had only limited items. Facilities were excellent. Staffs were very friendly and courteous. Very fast response from room service and reception. Overall a very good place to stay. Thanks Elite.

Very rude staff. No facility provided. Restaurant works only limited time and they don’t allow to order food from outsid

The bed was comfortable, toilet was relatively clean and functional. AC functioned properly. Staff was kind to upgrade my room on arrival to a deluxe room. The sports bar was a refreshing change and had a nice ambience.

Rooms need upgrading. They have put a outdoor sofa as indoor furniture. The TV sets were difficult to use and were small in size. There were some staff who were rude to one of my guests when he arrived in the morning to meet me. The food from the roof top garden, was not very impressive. The beef was half cooked.

Very clean, good location

Ac wasn’t working properly, making noise & ice flakes falling from ac to the bed at the middle of the night , tub was not draining .
