CLUB 7 HOTEL

Friendly staff. Free breakfast.

Entry to the hotel is too congested with many commercial establishments in couple of the floors & delivery trucks blocking most of the entrance at times. The front desk forgot to return my Photo ID which caused me challenges at the airport.

Location and the staff members

Good value for money and central location. Very helpful staff. Good restaurant.

Room arrangements. Bedsheet with blood stains. Ceiling fan was too noisy (hammering sound). A/C not working properly. How to operate TV.. no clue at all.

The Breakfast was good, though not many options it was tasty and good. Since our train was in the evening we asked for a late check out and they let us stay till 3 pm was comfortable for us.

I can't say as It is not the same as facilities I had nine years ago when I visited, are missing.

Reception is in 2nd floor and rooms are in 4th floor. Only one water bottle per day for 2 persons which is not sufficient.Items for coffee making is not sufficient

Worst experience in Club7 Thiruvalla

Horrible experience at Club7 Hotel. I paid at the front desk using my international card, but after taking my payment, they abruptly canceled my stay, falsely accusing me of being rude. They demanded an ID for the second guest, and when I explained it would be provided upon arrival, they still refused to honor my booking. To make things worse, they initially denied refunding my money to my card and forced me to take cash instead. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the staff.I'm also wondering why Booking.com continues to list this property when travelers rely on their platform for a smooth stay. This kind of experience is unacceptable, and I hope Booking.com takes action to ensure better service for its users.

Located in town itself. Rooms are good sized.

A bit pricey for the facilities. Located inside a small mall. Not sure about the food options

Need to upgrade the rooms, furnishings and overall hotel. Restaurants needs adequate menu & better service.

The breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant area was also nice.

The room could have been more spacious. Though it is old they can make it better.

Housekeeping needs to be better managed. Trying to be helpful, they walked away with our personal toothbrushes. The showers need declogging.

It was good and served well

Cleaning and white Towels, Bed sheets etc need better than the present

Frequent power failure,pillow cover were dirty, table was full of dust,lot of tiny cockroach in room

Central location

Parking is a chaos. They have a policy of not letting anyone visit room even after producing identification proof. They do not provide any specific space for such meetings too. Lobby is tiny for any meeting

Good location on the main road, buzzing areas and restaurants

Doors are very hard to close, lots of gaps in the bathroom, no privacy. Please fix it

I liked the location, at the main junction of Tiruvalla and near the KSRTC bus stand. It is part of a Mall.

I could not use the hotel because the check-in time was at 2 p.m. I arrived in the morning. They did not have any rooms available for an early check-in.  I had indicated online that my arrival time would be between 9 and 10 a.m. But the staff did not appear to know about the feature. But they said that I should have called them and told them the previous day that I would need the room in the morning. This I did not do. I would suggest everyone call them up and ask if they can offer an early check-in.
