Wonderful accommodation! Clean, central location close to all proximities, offered to upgrade our last minute booking to a fabulous balcony view room, simply because it was available with no extra cost. Staff very friendly and helpful, provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine and cut us an extra key on request. Allowed us to have a later checkout. Coffee shops, restaurants and bars all around and we loved looking out at the beautiful harbour view. Highly recommend.

The owner Yianni was very hospitable, picked us up from the port, gave us a rundown on things to do and where to eat. The location was fabulous , right at the main port with everything walking distance and great views !

A few stairs to get up so a bit hard with luggage

Location was great!

The unit that we stayed in was the corner with a balcony, two levels. The master bedroom is downstairs, and the only bathroom is up a ladder/stairs. The flooring upstairs is very loud when walked upon. It woke up my wife as I needed to use the bathroom at night. I was concerned it would wake up the neighboring unit as well. The upstairs air conditioning unit does not work. It was 30 degrees warmer than downstairs. The main floor air conditioning unit had a stream of water coming down the wall onto my wallet and wife’s purse, soaking our stuff.

The location was the best. Right in the middle of all the activity. Very quiet at night. The staff were very very helpful. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

We were in room 34. It had ladder stairs to bedroom and balcony which would not suit a lot of people.

We stayed in the superior suite, everything was perfect, exceptionally clean and the location is amazing. Will definitely be going back. Thank you, Giannis and your great team. 5*****

Not a problem to us (a couple in our 50’s)in the slightest in fact we found it quite novel - stairs to room are a spiral staircase and not suitable for old or infirm people.

Amazing location. Spectacular views of the harbour and beyond. Super comfortable bed. Yiannis and Fotis were lovely hosts - welcoming and accommodating. Great to visit in April before the crowds hit Symi.

location was wonderful. afternoon drinks on the roof terrace was fantastic as we watched life in Symi continued on.

We didn't mind the internal spiral staircase to get to our apartment.....it was easy for us because we only travel with carry on luggage. it would be a problem for anyone with big bags.other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect location on the harbour front. Spotless clean, comfy beds & plenty of room on a split level.

The location is amazing, the view of the harbour so good.

We knew it was split level but the stairs were very difficult to bedroom and terrace. No hot water in the mornings.

We loved the location and amazing views over the harbour.The apartment was very clean, serviced daily & linen/towels also changed by Jemma our veryhelpful & friendly cleaner.Beds were comfortable.

Stairs were extremely steep to access the only bathroom which was located in the loft.Floorboards were sqeeking badly and the low 130cm head room between toilet and shower areameant it was very easy to keep bumping our head.Kitchen area had few utensils & limited working spaceApartment was in need of some TLC

Shower had poor pressure & needed repair. Water was not always hot.

Breakfast was excellent

To get out of the room you had to use the key and once you remove it from the socket the electricity is cut off instantly. So if you want to get out of the room in the evening,the room gets dark so quickly that you struggle to find the right slot in the lock.

Located in the heart of Symi busy (and touristy) harbour close to all amenities and just opposite the dock from where boatssail for the incredible beaches of the island..

Unfortunately I cannot say that this place was a good choice for our holiday accommodation in Symi.We have booked the economy apartment which was a high ceiling narrow room transformed into a two level low ceiling spaces by a wooden floor and communicating through a steep (and dangerous) ladder,In addition in the upper level ,used as bedroom, there is a horizontal column in the ceiling.limiting even more the available height where we hit our head several times during our stay.There isi actually no place to sit ,there is only one chair in the lower level.The bathroom is small it's door hardly closes.There is generally lack of space.The personnel is mainly occupied with the coffee shop downstairs.

Terrible room; once inside, lack of cleanliness ( old dirty towel found covered in bugs). To access the bathroom, you literally had to climb a ladder to 2nd floor although the Queen bed is on 1st floor, old sagging mattress. Cannot stand in bathroom; low ceiling. Proprietor has bad communication skills and zero hospitality. Very rude. Never returned emails or texts; kicked us out after two nites, even though promised a 3rd at another affiliate. Never again here. Symi is great. We moved the Opera House Hotel. It was excellent for less money. Scratchy small towels.

Exceptional location in the hart of Symi centre

The toilet brush was broken and dirty, the toilet’s door was making a squeaky noise waking up all the other guests and the shower’s hose was half broken having as a result dripping from there instead of having a normal flow.

Location. Views. Facilities. Staff 100%. Really quirky room - No 34 with a gallery bedroom and the comfiest bed ever also a single bed settee downstairs (bedroom has fantastic air con). Harbour views from the large terrace - could have sat there all day. Room has a mini kitchenette to make a cuppa and keep the wine cool - I could go on!Captain Iannis and his family are amazing hosts. Lovely bar cafe on site. Could have stayed much longer. Iannis was waiting at the port for us to pick us up which was so welcome despite it being a short walk it was so hot.

The location is incredible. The views from the apartment are stunning. The apartment is very Greek. It was lovely to have clean sheets and towels each day. There was very little noise from the street in the evenings.

There are some very low beams in the upstairs room and bathroom, which quite often caught us out.

Top suite, fantastic views, great Aircon, comfy bed, good furniture on terrace, shade available all day if needed. Shutters on windows to keep light out in early morning.Attached cafe is great, staff friendly and food good.Symi is a busy little port, brought a book and 2 magazines to read and never opened them due to watching boats ?.Cleaners come in every day and do a great job.
