Everything was beyond expectations , my wife and I spent an unforgettable vacation , the staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and did everything to make our stay really exceptional . A big thanks to all the team and a special Thanks to Mr. Maher who was always there to assist us and made sure everything was perfect . We will come back for sure and we are already missing this little paradise . Thank you once again .

The guest relations they are not helpful and not professional specially Mr Maher he made everything complicated.Not easy to find reservations in restaurants and the private beach beds.Everything is old. For example, the towels and sheets.The rooms need renovation.

The staff all went the extra mile to ensure you are very looked after. The location and secret beach via the boat shuttle is brilliant. Food and drink also top drawer throughout.

Unfortunately the rooms on the upper levels did not have balconies. The pool bar shut at 18.30 every night and it would have been great if it stayed open a little longer to enjoy the sunset.

Amazing natural setting, comfortable and spacious rooms, lovely food, included boat trips and parties, yoga, beautiful beach and pool, wide selection of cocktails, wonderful rollerblading waitresses :)

Amazing food, attentive staff, boat trips. It was convenient to manage everything via watsapp chat. A lot of healthy food options and activities.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Firstly it offers great location surrounded with nature. Secluded beach was actually a very pleasant feature with regular bots trips around a scenic harbour. Food was tasty and abundant, staff in the restaurants and bars are super helpful. We also really enjoyed the spa centre. Overall great place for a relaxing stay.

The hotel has some issues with its cleaning personnel, room service was not always regular and overall quality of room cleaning was not very high.

The breakfast buffet, was fresh & delicious with a massive choice available, we loved the omlettes made to order.The staff were very friendly and attended to every need and were visable around the resort, not hidden away in an office.We loved that the resort was only a short 25min car journey from the airport.We all enjoyed the 'Secret Beach' and loved the frequent boat journey to and from this beach.We took advantage of the complimentary boat trip which included a stop for swimming at a beautiful secluded location.We will definately book to come back again!

Staff were great really attentive, the food and facilities are great and everything is so efficient leading to a stress free trip! The all inclusive selection was great also.

The addition of water activities would have been great. Our room was cleaned quite late in the day.

Really nice place to visit. Unfortunately for us, the weather wasn’t the best however, the resort itself was quite intimate and peaceful serving the purpose of our break. Staff are amazing nothing is ever too much for them. I would like to mention Maher who received us during check in and regularly asked if we needed anything when he saw us on the resort. He also made arrangements for honeymoon decor in the room and private in room dining arrangement. Gamze who I communicated with via email prior to my visit was also extremely helpful in arranging anniversary dinner in the privacy of our room.We would definitely visit again!

Service at Peoples restaurant was amazing. Very tasty a big breakfast with good coffee and fresh juice. Nice and comfy room. Best sweets Servet on the room like welcome gift.

This hotel has all the facilities and services i have come to expect from a 5 star resort in Turkey, the hotel is aimed at providing a more relaxing stay to those i have experienced with waterslides and discos. What sets this hotel apart from others I have visited in Turkey is the staff, always helpful and attentive without being overbearing with a special nod to the manager Mehmet. Breakfast was beautiful with a large, set offering all served to your table. The location is excellent, Gocek the nearest town is a short stroll along the harbor with beautiful views. Dalaman, Fethiye, and the airport only 30 minutes in a taxi. I will definitely be returning to experience in season, some hotel facilities and local restaurants were closed through our January visit.

I wish more facilities had been open but I understand for business reasons why they are not in January out of season

Rooms were comfy, facilities such as the gym, pool, spa etc were all good. Lux beach was lovely if you are happy to pay for the upgraded experience. Local town is lovely for a stroll into and explore.

Some of the rooms are located close to a main road which is a bit strange and looses the luxury feel. Music in the evenings was very loud and can be heard from the rooms.

The Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to cater for all tastes excellent. We had lunch at the beach restaurants again excellent food with plenty of choices. The buffet dinner was in our opinion lacking choices in that the buffet menu was the same basic choices every night with slight changes to the proteins and fried options. However, what was served was all delicious.

We where disappointed with the TV channel options , very little for English speaking patrons. It was either Nat Geo wild or some other nature program, only one drama channel and no program to know what was coming on and when?. Being retired we didn't tend to stay out late and much preferred to relax in our room with a glass of wine and watch a little TV entertainment which was just very limited.Although all the drinks are free in the package the red wine selection was non-existent , there appeared to be one Red wine served in all the bars (a Merlot) and restaurants unless you paid an additional fee to have a different choice, which was very disappointing as we only drink Red wine and don't partake in beers , cocktails or spirits. A couple of other choices of red wine within the package would have made a big difference.

The only disappointing experience we had was at the daidala a la carte restaurant, the food was a bit of a let down compared to how good the buffet was

Exceptional all inclusive that felt very calm and well run . No queuing, plenty of sun beds and delightful staff, great food choices

Cats in the restaurants , not helped by some or the guests feeding them!

The location was perfect. The staff were very good.

The amount of cats. During our meal in the Italian we had cats hanging off our skirts and jumping on the table near our food. Rightly the staff aren’t allowed to touch them as they are stray but something needs to be done about keeping them out of thethe restaurant’s

Great facilities, attentive staff, nice breakfast selection. Rooms are lovely and huge.

Food at the a la carte restaurants in the evening could be improved, lacked flavour / small portion sizes.
