    Pros +

    • -Excellent Service, very friendly and competent staff- Mustafa K, Didem, Serap and many others at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful-Excellent food and drinks-Beautiful nature at the premises of the hotel- Great fitness activities- Ludmila was an excellent instructor of Yoga and fitness classes- Sustainable practices- Good spa with Turkish Bath
    • The scenery is fantastic! No picture can show it, you must see it for youself. The territory of the hotel in very big and very beautiful. I definetely recomend to visit it at least once. The water in the sea is very clean, though not deep and wavy, the sand in soft., the beach is huge. The front office is friendly, especially guest relation manager Oksana-she helps a lot.'
    • I liked the place. The enjoyed food and weather. Our kids loved to swim in the pool and occasionally in the see. All provided facilities were working and looked nice. Staff was friendly. Nice big territory to walk around. We also stayed at some properties on AirBnb in Fethiye/Oludeniz, but I would prefer this hotel to any of them.

    Cons -

    • - Family room with 2 bedrooms could have 2 bathrooms instead of 1- Found the price I paid high for this class of hotel - even the hotel was excellent
    • The beds are not very comfortabe, especially the sofa bed. Pillows are just awful, very stiff as if you sleep on a stone. The water in the shower changes its temperature on its own: from hot to cold and backwards. The hotel claims that all the rooms are non-smoking, but there are ash-trays on all balconies and the ba[conies stick to each other. So you have smokers next door it becomes a problem. In our case we had heavy smokers on both sides and had to keep the door closed, even at night time could not open it. It's a pity because the air there is fantastic. The food is generally OK, you won't be hungry. What surprised me - they put on the tables the left-overs from the food the day/s before. And NO lunch in the main restoraunt, only in the bar by the sea.
    • There are not a lot of things to do besides eating and swimming in a pool/sea if you're traveling with kids. They do have a playground and some evening animation for kids, but we did not find it very entertaining. Coffee was bad (if you used to drink good coffee). Nothing interesting outside the hotel.

There were so many choices for breakfast, so I was able to try lots of Turkish and Western breakfast items. The same was true for lunch and dinner. My partner is gluten-free and they were so attentive because of that. They had lots of gluten-free items that we could ask for at the back. The buffet had gluten-free items, but it is not recommended if you're celiac. My partner is not celiac so he was able to enjoy most of the items at the buffet, nearly all items were marked with allergens.Surprisingly, we did not drink alcohol as much, but we were able to find most of the drinks we wanted to have. Activities at the resort were fun, but some of them filled out quickly. Archery was very popular; hopefully, I remember her name right, Dicle, was a great teacher. We initially picked this place due to activities and we were not disappointed. With extra fees you can do sailing and diving; my partner did sailing and we also enjoyed a catamaran ride. The people working there were all amazing and helped us greatly whenever we had a question or problem that needed resolving.

I thought rooms could be better; the beds were two twin beds pushed together. It was not as comfortable as a single queen/king bed. I think this was something I should have cleared before the reservation, afterward I was too busy to have it fixed. I recommend bringing your own toiletries because there was only "2 in 1" style shower gel(?) provided in the bathroom and the stores in the resort are expensive (the town is 10 minutes walk though)

I really like the grounds of Sarigerme park. Very green. Staff were all very attentive , always smiling and professional. The food was fantastic. The beach and the pools were always looked aftered. The fitness class options and training areas are really good. There is something active to do almost every few hours. Yoga pod especially is beautiful. The general manager Ali is very attentive and helpful with any requests . Muammer at beach bar was especially great. Always looking after you and very friendly. Also would like to mention the hair salon on site, both the lady and the gentlemen works there are very professional and great at their jobs . ( this is of course extra) The rooms are cleaned regularly if you’d like to and all the staff is fantastic. Highly recommend Tui Sarigerme Park

Very nice location (close to the airport), beautiful nature around, super friendly staff (all of them seem to love kids!), shops inside the hotel if you forgot something or ran out (e.g. diapers or toys to play in the sand). Our baby loved baby pool (15cm deep) and spent most of the time there splashing around. Fruit and some snacks are on offer all the time 24x7!

Would be nice to have baby food (veg and meat purees without salt/sugar) at lunch/dinner. We struggled a little bit to find food for our 10 months old which he would eat so he basically ate fruit all the time (he didn't mind though!).Also personally I found the mattress not the most comfy one but that was minor.

**Hotel Review**Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We were a family of 8 adults and two babies, and we rented 3 double rooms in the villa and 1 family room. Both room types were immaculate, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our experience was perfect. We were especially impressed by the food and drink offerings—there was a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. The coffee was a standout, easily the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The beach was another highlight of our stay. It was perfect for both adults and children, offering a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the ocean. The nightlife was also enjoyable, with great music and entertainment that added a lively atmosphere to our evenings. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the chefs, Huseyin Altin and Erdem Kilinc, for their incredible effort in accommodating our family's dietary restrictions and allergies. Their attention to detail and care was unbelievable, and the food they prepared was beyond our expectations. We also recommend the à la carte restaurant, Levante—it was absolutely delicious and added to the overall fantastic dining experience at the hotel.Additionally, we want to thank Guven at the front desk, Emine, our morning waitress, Didem, our afternoon waitress, and all the other restaurant staff for making our stay so memorable. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home.Overall, this hotel provided us with an amazing experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with excellent service, food, and accommodations.

    AC areas were very limited

One of the better TUI hotels we've stayed in.Good amount of stuff to do. Nice beach.

Food options could be a bit better and more varied, but there was still usually quite enough. The a-la Carte restaurant was better than expected though! Most rooms are not pushchair accessible. Even when there's a route that only involves ramps and elevators, they involve a stone road so your kid gets bumped around. The even paths end with a stairway. Come on, it's just 5 stairs! Make a ramp!

Great resort good location to Dalaman airport. The food was great, great offer for kids as well. Lots to do the Turtle Bar fabulous for lunch. Lots of water sports available, and beach excellent. Accommodation top notch we had a suite and very comfortable probably best room we’ve come across for kids. Plenty of room for a family of four comfortably. Five minute walk to local village where lots of eateries and shops if you want to get offsite. Though everything is here you don’t need to leave the resort. Definitely would look at visiting in the future. Credit to the resort staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Loved it all would struggle to pick a fault.

Excellent resort area for a quiet and comfortable family stay. We had a compliment of a fresh fruit plate and wine in our suite every day which left good memories to us. The resort area is big enough to keep you busy and enjoy your stay. Clean and comfortable private beach area with a close restaurant and bar for lunch. All-inclusive was very good with a lot of different choices of food and drinks. The resort offers excellent al-carte restaurant dining per your stay, as well as, a beachfront barbecue restaurant. Make sure to wear trousers and long-sleeve clothes when you dine at a beachfront barbecue restaurant.

We stayed in the family suite and I would recommend changing the mosquito nets on windows in the rooms.

The staff were amazing, especially Erdem S. the waiter in the restaurant. He was so friendly and strived hard to provide an exceptional service.

    10ShafiqPosted on: 8-25-2024

Amazing clean property with great facilities

The lack of a buggy service, some rooms can be some distance away from the beach, tough walk in the heat with small kids

    10MattPosted on: 8-9-2024

The food was really good, the staff were exceptional, plenty to do throughout the day, kids club was great too.

    10SerenPosted on: 8-5-2024

what's not to like? the restaurant was perfect. the beach is just perfect sand, without any pebbles or rocks. staff is very friendly and helpful, and every bit of the hotel is very clean. location is <30 minutes to the airport.

there's nothing not to like. but i'm guessing that if you would go in april-may the water would be very cold. and due to the nature of the facilities there are some flies but you can use some repellants.

    10IdaPosted on: 6-26-2024

The service was good. The place was very beautiful and well organized, there was a variety of activities for everyone. Great for kids, but also for adults without kids. The food was also really good and a really great selection for every meal.

The only thing I would say it was lacking was there were no toiletries, which was unexpected for an all inclusive, like the room didn’t have shampoo or Q-tips or anything like that.

    10MariPosted on: 6-10-2024

The hotel area with bungalows and many flowers look very beautiful. It was quiet, not many children, so it was perfect for relaxation. There is silent zone at the beach, which we really appreciated. Very good and varied food, less choice would have been also enough, especially for desserts. Excellent service from the waiters, reception and TUI guide. A lot of choice of activities with friendly instructors.

Noise from the garden equipment during fitness sessions (e.g. yoga). Sarigerme as a location does not have anything to offer, it is far away from interesting sights.

    10MaruPosted on: 6-7-2024

This place is a dream! Absolutely fantastic and helpful staff, a wide selection of tasty meals (seafood included) and drinks, activities, a beautiful beach, and the whole resort area. Everything was 100% clean, outside and inside the room as well, every day. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again.

It is hard to say because everything was at the top level. One thing that should be really changed is the floor around the pools, which was extremely slippery with or without shoes.

    10StephenPosted on: 6-3-2024

Staff were incredible, everyone was happy and keen to please. The manager was present and really helpful too, clearly leads by example. The accommodation was spotless and the food was excellent both in terms of variety and quality. The beds were pretty firm but that's a personal preference, the beach was spotless and plenty of beds available.
