New, modern, clean and pleasant staff

During our stay at this Ramada hotel, we experienced several unusual issues. Surprisingly, the hotel did not have a bellboy service, which is unexpected for an international hotel brand. Despite the good location, we had to carry and move our luggage ourselves, which reduced overall convenience.The location of the hotel was good and accessible, but the internet service did not work properly and was unreliable throughout the stay. This caused inconvenience, especially for guests who require stable connectivity.Breakfast was just acceptable—neither bad nor impressive—and remained average overall. Other hotel services were also average and did not stand out in terms of quality or efficiency. The room itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, especially when considered in relation to the price paid.Overall, the stay felt value-for-money in terms of room quality, but service gaps and missing basic facilities affected the experience.

Everything was good food was lovely

We did get stuck in the lift , The internal phone was not working , very warm and fraustrating . Managed to get out after 10 mins

Location is somehow far from downtown. Access to the hotel needs to be developed and fixed.

The breakfast was vast and varied. Both hot and cold options. It’s included in the room price.

Internal hotel signage was awful. Had to ask directions constantly.

Quick, efficient, obliging and friendly staff. Excellent communication and prompt response to any queries. Ideal stopover after late arrival into Dalaman airport, before heading off the next day on a beach holiday. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant which although quiet, was still open (around midnight). While nightlife was quiet (midweek), the four of us enjoyed a few drinks after dinner at the bar by the lobby. We sat on the terrace overlooking the pool area outside which was lovely. If we weren't beach lovers this hotel would also be fine for a longer stay. Clean, fab breakfast and lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. We also enjoyed a few games of table tennis, in an indoor bright "games room" that we stumbled on just beside the pool. Spa also on site looked very appealing. I'd highly recommend staying in a suite if you'd like extra space/comfort. The 2 bed suite is ideal for families.

No fault of the hotel and it didn't bother us as we only stayed 1 night, but if you'd like a bit of nightlife e.g. lively music bar (esp. midweek) you may need to get a taxi if there is one nearby. We Irish love our music and bit of a buzz. Having said that, this is an ideal destination close to the airport for a relaxing, quiet break.

No or very little AC in common areas. Shower seems to be on some sort of timer. It slowed to a dribble and I had to wait and finish my shower at a later time. Room was teeny tiny. Would have been too small for 2 people with suitcases.

It’s getting time to do some maintenance on the rooms - chipped paint, slow drains, loose faucets. It’s a newer hotel but this deferred maintenance will show itself quickly and not make it a good place to stay. Also, all the roads are torn up around the hotel - I nearly took my car’s undercarriage out trying to get there this trip. The city needs to pay attention, and the management needs to put pressure on the city - really BAD

Staff at the restaurants not professional enough

Best hotel near Dalaman airport, if you have to leave before breakfast, they will give you a sack lunch.

Hangers, advertise a shuttle but don’t have one, will call a taxi that claims they take credit cards but then feign that their machine is broken, so they drive you to a nearby ATM - this has happened to me multiple times - beware and have cash

Finally! A decent hotel near the airport that isn’t an all inclusive or run down.

The gravel road with pool-sized potholes makes entering the property challenging, especially at night.

Good location as for close to the airport, great breakfast, nice dinner with wine, comfortable room.

Special thank you to the reception staff who were very friendly and professional reception staff and gave me a warm welcome. The room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a fine selection of food served buffet style in a very pleasant modern restaurant on the ground floor by the pool. Overall it's a nice hotel and I would definitely stay again if flying from Dalaman.

The service in the A La Carte restaurant situated on the rooftop was very poor and slow. I had to make eye contact several times before I was eventually served. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. Worse still the restaurant allowed smoking in the enclosed space. But the worst was the live band playing music at incredibly loud volume. It was so loud you had to shout to be heard. My ears were still ringing the next morning! This did not make for a relaxing meal after a long day travelling. It was an awful experience and I could not wait to leave the restaurant. Also the food was overpriced and not particularly good quality.
