Costa Sariyaz Hotel Bodrum

This was the perfect location to stay separately to my family (grandchildren!) but to be able to be with them all day as they were just a 10 minute walk away. The hotel was delightful and every single member of staff fun, helpful and gorgeous!

Honestly? NO!

The staff were truly special.

The fact I had to leave.

Great hotel staff and very nice pool area

Enam and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean including the beautiful pool. The breakfast was quite fantastic such a variety to suit all tastes.

Really nothing to dislike. Convenient for supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the harbour and castle.

Excellent customer service especially by Enam the customer service adviser. He always welcomed us with a smile and was there to help any time of the day regardless.

We have nothing negative to say

Liked the pool area. Staff was super friendly and helpful (Enam especially). Located opposite grocery store which is super helpful with kids. Breakfast and Room cleaning service was also nice.

Shower could be better (water goes between hot and cold often). Location was a bit far to walk to the main beachfront area with babies but not bad at all.

Beautiful hotel and pool terrace area. Walking distance to the central restaurants and market at the waterside. Excellent staff and service.

Beautiful property!!! We loved our time here. The staff were so lovely and helpful and contributed to an amazing experience in Bodrum. The breakfast was delicious and the property itself is beautiful! The pool and outdoor seating is relaxing and the perfect oasis.

From the moment we arrived we were made feel most welcome. Greeted by Enam, he was so kind and helpful as we checked in. The hospitality was excellent. He was very good at offering tips where to go in Bodrum and what to do. He and all the staff could not have been more attentive and kind.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel felt like an oasis of calm and we loved the resident dog and cat. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was also a place outside the room for drying clothes/swimsuits. Sadly, we didn't have great weather - would love to visit when we can enjoy the pool/nearby beaches. Breakfast was buffet-style and had a large and tasty selection. Location was handy for looking around Bodrum. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, castle. We were very pleased with our stay.

Small, cozy hotel, a well-maintained property with a beautiful central area featuring a pool framed by blooming bougainvillea. The overall design is stylish, giving off the vibe of a boutique hotel. In the garden you’ll find a couple of pomegranate trees. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Breakfast is quite varied, including fresh fruit. The room with a small terrace, had everything i needed. It was clean and comfortable,The hotel is located along a road, away from bars and restaurants. The town center and the sea can be reached by a 15-minute walk. Just opposite the hotel, there is a small supermarket, which is very convenient for picking up any essentials.

Traffic noise from the street can be heard in the room, but with earplugs, it’s not crucial. The sound insulation could be improved, especially by remouving the gap in the door

Facilities were nice and clean, breakfast was amazing. Great location, nice people.

Reception staff was not very supportive when we asked information about Bodrum.Shower needs maintenance.

the garden area looks nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is too noisy, the whole night we are wake due to traffic. One window cannot close entirely making things even worse. One bathroom door is missing. We have to say we want to leave as wall as possible

Friendly staff. Pretty good breakfast. Worth the money.

Location.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and my room was very spacious. The location was good, short walk into town. Absolutely loved my stay!

Delightful staff, always pleasant and helpful. The lovely lady who supervises breakfast, and food up to 4.00pm, makes wonderful lemonade. Reception staff are very welcoming, and quickly sort out any problems you may have.In all a very welcoming and comfortable hotel.Highly recommended.

Staff were totally unwelcoming and particularly at the front counter were very surly
