The hotel is located on the beachfront in the quiet area of Bodrum. Excellent beach, clean and spacious rooms, lots of amenities, free parking at the hotel's garage. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even agreed to send the jacket that we left behind in the room to another city in Türkiye after we had left the hotel. There are water taxis from near the hotel to downtown Bodrum every ten minutes or so from early morning till 10pm.

The music in the swimming pool area was a bit loud in the evening, but the hotel immediately turned it off after I complained.

The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel enjoys direct access to the beach. The sea is very nice and clean. We enjoyed sunbathing on the grass and the sea.

Some of the common spaces (tables etc) were not clean. In open buffet area, they dont clean after people until the meal time is over. Sometimes you struggle to find a clean space to sit. People at the reception while we were checking in wasnt welcoming.

The drinks and food are great. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly as well.

There was a tall younger guy at the front desk that was rude to us when he helped us with our luggage qhen we arrived. I wish I remembered his name. I also requested to have a room with 2 beds for me and my friend and we were given a queen bed. Also, we paid for a room with a view and we were given a lower-level room that was blocked by a bush. We brought up our concerns with the bed and the room and the staff accommodated us in a room with 2 beds and an incredible view.

This is my first time writing a review and honestly, never thought Id ever write one. Hated the experience. Worst I’ve ever had. Was meant to spend a lovely four day break, in a city that I have never been to before. from the moment I arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and we’re talking about hot, uncomfortable, sleepless nights. After brining it to they’re attention, rather than offering me a refund to go get another room in a different hotel, a discount, or a different room there, I’ve been given fake apologies and a ‘’we’re working on it’’. Had to sleep in the heat for 2 days. After the third day and multiple complaints, they decided to move me to a cheaper, lower floor room, which isn’t what I paid for, and charge me the same price. Still, just fake apologies and blank stares. I’ve read reviews about it before coming and thought it’d be different. The serivce is basically non existent. I came here expecting comfort and quality in a ‘’5 star hotel’’, and was surprised by everything inside. Aviod this hotel. There’s plenty of other hotels that actually care about their customers. Don’t know how this is ‘’5 stars’’. Wish I hadn’t made this reservation. Once they have your credit card they don’t care about you. Never again.

Privet Beach is excellent, there are many food options, reception call yellow taxi and thy come in few minutes.

Noises from corridor, you can hear everything people talking, walking, knocking doors, housekeeping, wish there was sound proofing. I didn't try massage because high prices.

Great property. Within walking distance to town. Bodrum is very hilly. Just good to know. Some staff were aloof but the ones who worked to make us comfortable and help with things like shipping were phenomenal.

Service at the Beach Bar was terrible. Not enough staff and the ones who were there were very young and just clearly did not care how long you waited and if you got what you ordered. Beach bar bartenders were pretty great.

I loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, but what stood out most was the honesty and kindness of the staff. Every employee I encountered was exceptionally helpful, respectful, and professional. Their hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable.

There was really nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. However, I would suggest offering a wider variety of traditional Turkish dishes in the all-inclusive buffet. I noticed the food leaned more toward Western-style options. I would have loved to see more Turkish favorites like dolma,, Adana kebab, and lamb dishes included.

Everything , the beach , the location, the rooms, the restaurants, the services , the full board amenities , the entertainment , the transportation All were exceptional

Frankly, nothing. The property was misrepresented online and failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and safety. The rooms were dusty, the furniture had sharp edges, and the layout was outright dangerous for anyone let alone a family with an infant. It’s unacceptable that such conditions are being offered to paying guests, and even more unacceptable that the hotel hides behind policy instead of taking responsibility for these serious issues.

The entire experience was unacceptable. The rooms were filthy, covered in dust, and completely unfit for any guest especially dangerous for an infant. The furniture had sharp edges, the design included unsafe floor steps, and none of this was shown or mentioned in the booking description or photos. The hotel’s failure to provide a clean, safe environment and its refusal to acknowledge these valid concerns shows a complete disregard for guest safety and basic hospitality standards.

Gracious and kind staff, large room with spectacular view, situated in the prime location on a beautiful beach within easy walking distance to the old town, great food. Beautiful beachside terrace for lunch. Great spa with the nicest sauna I have been in, and large gym with free weights. Perfect.

My room has a very spacious terrace with generous seafront views, staff are very friendly, indulge free drinks and cocktails, short walking to city centre. It’s perfect for my short break.

Food could be better if possible.

No AC working, we couldn’t use all the amenities, reception women are incredible mean and rude to us the whole time, Waiters nice but no speaking English We had really bad experience

The location was lovely

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights .The room looked ok, beds were not comfortable and making sound when move on. The pillows are very uncomfortable and cause neck pain. The bathroom was nice, shower was small . There was no black tea in the roomThey put in the room 4 small bottle of water can’t make cup of tea rather than drinking, The balcony of sea view room was nice The sea was lovely. . Overall a lovely stay, however I believe value for money could be better

We stayed out of season, so lovely, quiet and empty. We had the indoor pool and sauna mostly to ourselves. Sadly the beach was filthy but the clean up started during our stay. The staff were excellent and always helpful, though we had no Turkish and only a few spoke English. We had an apartment with a kitchen, but no equipment. We hadn’t realised the hotel doesn’t allow food bought outside the hotel, even water. We didn’t like that policy. However breakfast was included and excellent!
