Pool. Extremely close to the beach

Fixtures and other items in the hotel are a bit outdated.

I loved the location of the hotel - it was so close to the beach, the marina and lots of cute shops and restaurants. Also the view of the ocean from my room was gorgeous!

The hot water in my room was not working the first morning after I arrived which was not great and I had to shower in another room only to see that the bathroom in the other room was so much better than mine & a staff took my tea at breakfast one morning

I guess, its location will be the only true positive thing. And staff is friendly.

Not sure who gave 3 stars to this hotel. Barely worth 1. No housekeeping service, if you need something ask front desk(i.e. toilet paper),wi-fi is extremely slow.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The location is great - just a few steps from the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach area itself is nice, and the hotel provides towels and sunbeds. Breakfast was okay, though the variety could be improved - we only had fruits once during our 7-day stay, and the selection of sweets was limited.

Beach towels could be cleaner, and the sunbeds are quite old. The room is also a bit dated and could be cleaner, although it was still comfortable. The biggest issue is the very poor sound isolation - you can hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms. On top of that, party ships cruise right in front of the hotel all night, and the music is extremely loud, even with earplugs.

Location was great. Pool was nice. Staff were excellent.

Great location, very accommodating, friendly staff, clean place, location is amazing... it has a beach in front of the place, you can use them seats and umbrellas at no cost, they even have service to the guests at the beach, like if you like to get a drink or food... parking is free and available which is a big plus, breakfast buffet is to die for... you can also enjoy the dishes they have at the restaurant section... you can literally walk to anywhere in downtown Bodrum, all the boat trip spots are right by it... I will definitely be booking here on my next visit.

everything was very nice... there was nothing I didn't like about this place

The hotel’s location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and they made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay, especially Mr. Halil, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Perfect location , private beach , beach front ,in the center of the center , his manager and owner Mr HALIL so kind and welcoming and helpful , I reserved standard room at the back and told the manager I want to change to beach front upgrade and he told me smile first and I will do it for free for you ?

Small room , but i reserved standard one

Relatively convenient (and fairly quiet for the fact it's pretty central) location, has a small pool and its own beach across the road. Breakfast was so-so, avoid having coffee or 'juice' though.

Cleanliness could be improved. The safe placed inside the only wardrobe in the room had an incredible layer of dust inside of it. The bathroom was so-so, could have been cleaner. I noticed a couple of hairs stuck on the tiles on the wall. The room was on the smaller side with AC blasting directly onto the bed. It wasn't possible to adjust the temperature to achieve pleasant conditions. They should buy new towels or at least bleach the existing ones. The rooms have zero sound insulation so we could hear our neighbors 'having fun' as if we were in the same room. The beach is narrow and not so well-maintaned. The sunbeds were dirty and when we asked the beach staff to fix that, he said he has nothing to clean them with. So I guess the sunbeds don't get cleaned the entire season...or maybe never. Later in the afternoon there was trash lying around, the beach staff didn't bother to pick it up. The receptionist (older man) seemed pretty irritable. The bartender thought he was slick but was borderline arrogant. Not sure I'd stay again.

I liked the location, the friendly and helpful stuff, the private beach is definitely a bonus.

The property is clean and right at the beach. Downtown Bodrum is great place for enjoying good seafood and nightlife for a couple of days and this hotel is at the prefect location to access that lifestyle.

Second time we stay there. A beautiful hotel right opposite the beach, friendly staff, excellent service. Halil bey very accommodating. Looking forward to go back again.

Nothing, everything was great

We got a upgrade room with sea view, which was very nice! The staff was very friendly, specially the reception man, and the young boy who helped us with our suitcases!! He was also at there at breakfast time and made sure that we had everything that we loved. Breakfast was very luxury, we loved it very much !

Right on the beach in the centre of Bodrum with swimming pool right outside our bedroom. Very helpful and accommodating staff and modern facilities and a restuarant

As we were right in the front, the music appeared to go on all night and kept us awake, so did not sleep too well. I suppose you can't have it all!

Great location; right on the beach! swimming pool was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was decent size. Breakfast was very good. The entrance, reception and pool area of hotel is really nice!

The hotel needs a bit of work - just maintenance. The outdoor furniture looked a little used and broken. The bathrooms also need a bit of work. It is an old hotel and you can see it, but with a bit of work they can really make this an awesome place! Especially with that location!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Super close to the town center, and even closer to the cruise port if you’re looking to travel to kos and the port where boat tours depart from. Breakfast was an excellent buffet and our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. Plus the hotel beach was the cherry on top of our stay
