Hotel employee was a big help from help with laundry to getting me settled in. She also called a taxi for me on several occasions and promptly responded to requests for extra water and coffee. The property is s very relaxing place to spend time.

Ok let me be transparent, The reviews seems fake because the facility doesn’t offer any goods for the price you pay, I had similar experience before and I think somehow they managed to have plus 3000 high rated but in reality you won’t get what they sayStaff are ok but not that friendly or a little weird,The reception tried to motivate me to put a good review before moving out and we didn’t have cold water at shower and she questioned me do I need it! And last the breakfast is just one time and no refill with very poor quality (below average )Not recommended,

Good location, central, still calm and relaxed. Stylish decor with likeable character, limited but okayish breakfast. Cute cats... :)

Extremely dirty, totally neglected property (winter at least), dirty bathroom with fully clogged shower and so so room. The room was different from what we booked.

Great location

No sheets on beds, upstairs room and heavy luggage up & down stairs not good. Only tea bags, no coffee in room.

The location is perfect right in the heart of the city, making it easy and quick to reach any destination. The room was smaller than we expected and didn’t quite match the photos, but the breakfast was excellent, delicious and satisfying.

Everything was good overall, but it would be great if the shower faucets could be checked and fixed. Also, adding some shelves inside the shower for toiletries would make it much more convenient.

Location is good, the property area is good. Breakfast is good.

The room is very small — it looks much bigger in the pictures. However, the space between the table and the bed is too narrow, so you can’t move around the room comfortably. You have to turn sideways to pass through, and two people can’t fit there at all. Also, it was dirty when we arrived - there was hair in the shower. They changed towels everyday, but didn’t clean the floors for four days, and on the fifth day, after we asked, they only washed the floor. The next day, they didn’t even change the towels or empty the bins.They provided only toilet paper, no tissues, no tooth paste, no water. For water you have to pay. Also there was spider.

The staff was really helpful. Receptionist lady was always smiling and helped with everything.The gift at checkout was so cute and thoughtful.

There were not enough plates, cups, forks, spoon, knives at breakfast area time to time.

What I appreciated most about the property was the staff, who were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, particularly Ms. Seda. She was highly attentive to guest needs and exceeded my expectations by surprising me with a birthday cake in the room upon check-in. The breakfast was both delicious and varied. The hotel's location was very convenient, being only a ten-minute walk from Marina Central. The room was clean, and housekeeping consistently ensured that all necessary amenities were provided and maintained throughout the stay.

Great location and room was average for this price range. Very good breakfast. Lots of guests using the pool, but we did not do cannot comment.

On 2 of our 3 nights we had to ask for water to be sent to our room. I don't know why because each housekeeping cart would carry dozens of bottles on them. Also, the lady who checked us in, I felt really bad about taking her away from whatever she was doing because it was clear she would rather get back to that than check us into our room, introduce the facilities, or show us how the AC unit operated.

Absolutely top notch location, and very friendly staff that kept making lots of sweet gestures, which made the trip even more memorable. Would definitely recommend and go back to stay again myself.

There was room for improvement on the cleanliness of the room, perhaps the room could have been vacuumed a bit better before arrival, but outside of that, overall 9/10.

Just the location

We got there and went to the trim. The bathroom stunk. The toilet paper holder was filthy. The flush hardware for the toilet was green mossy and coming off the wall. We went down to say we can’t stay in that room as it was unsanitary. They promptly put us in another room which was slightly renovated.The water in the bathroom was not going down and the shower was moldy. There was no chair in the room and no quilt. Instead, there was a thin sheet that was very short. The pool had a mossy black rim around it.The next day we decided to check out as it was not what the pictures showed.The staff refused to give us the name of the guest relations manager or the “boss” as they called the person. Then proceeded to say that the “boss” was coming in ten mins. The “boss” never showed up.The guest relations staff went inside and spoke with someone but refused to give the name, came back out and told me that they are not allowed to make decisions for a refund. Claimed that this hotel was part of a bigger corporation but refused to give us the name of the corporation as well. This experience was absolutely horrible. The service was horrible and their guest relations service desk needs to be retrained along with their cleaning company.I kept calling my booking for a refund as this was not what we paid for and the hotel refused to refund the money. To anyone who this would be helpful for- read other reviews from other agencies and don’t rely on booking.com to base your decision as this was govern a 9.1 rating but the pictures the hotel showed were definitely what the reality is.

Large clean property close to old town (5 mins) with beautiful pool area, great breakfast and super helpful staff (very responsive on WhatsApp).

Too many flies by the pool but nothing they can control. Beds were comfortable and AC good but pillows not fantastic.
