Location

Excellent location, rich breakfast, and a beautiful view! The hotel truly stands out for its prime position - close to everything yet offering peace and quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The view from the property is stunning, making every moment feel special. Combined with clean, comfortable rooms and attentive staff, this hotel is an ideal choice for a relaxing stay in Chios.

The breakfast was rich and satisfying, but there’s always room for improvement. It would be wonderful to see even more local products featured, as Chios is famous for its exceptional local delicacies.

It was the New Year eve celebration and the hotel was full with guests. Despite busy period, it was our pleasure to once again observe the usual hospitality of all the staff, to begin with the excellent assistance and care of reception desk, then the restaurant staff and eithout forgetting the efficiency of the house keepers. We are a loyal and repeated customer of this facility and we will gladly to continue to be one. Sincere thanks to the Chandris Team with our best wishes of a Happy New Year to all its members

Location was central, within walking distance to the island's city center. The breakfast lounge was wonderful and full of light; it had plenty of options to choose from for breakfast.

The hotel needs a renovation. It is obviously built for summer time and we couldn't heat up the room in December. Also, there is a need for new towels and sheets.

Very nice, old-school hotel at the port. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. We'll come back.

Location and breakfast, these were the highlights of our stay.

Some furniture was a little bit outdated, but there were renovated areas too.

The location is very central. You can go shopping in the city center and walk back. Breakfast is always good with a variety of options. The staff are good. Spectacular sea view from my terrace.

Air conditioning was turned off so the rooms were hot and stuffy. Slept with the balcony door open so mosquitoes got in.Cigarette smoke smell was distasteful and annoying. Shower overflowed for 2 days until maintenence resolved issue.

The hotel I stayed at was great in terms of location and cleanliness. I was very satisfied with everything.

However I experienced only one problem even though I had already paid through booking, they charged me again. I checked my reservation and requested a refund. They processed the cancellation on my card but it was a careless mistake in my opinion.

Location was central which was perfect. Most of the staff were friendly, but some of the guys in the restaurant in the morning were pretty moody. Nice breakfast and they had good internet.

The hotel has central air/heating. It’s October and they turned the air off and it was sooo hot, especially at night. We complained and we were told to open a window which only let the mosquitoes in. It was either battle the bugs, or sweat it out…sleep didn’t come easy. We were there 5 nights and we are exhausted.

Very nice hotel with gorgeous views of Chios Harbor. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast abundantThe only complaint is the size of the bathroom that requires some exercise to enter the big shower!!

The view and the comfort

Friendly staff, kids loved the pool. Food is good. Close to the port, limited parking in peak season.

The breakfast was very good , the food in the restaurant was excellent and the room was fantastic with stunning views. They upgraded my room to a better one and even let me stay after the official checkout time until 4 pm at no extra cost.

I wish I could use the pool but the weather was really cold and of course you can’t blame the hotel for it

Staff was amazing, they let us extend checkout without hesitation, they even offered us breakfast eventho we were late.

The staff was really welcoming and kind.

Seaview was partial from the room. And there was a door (probably locked) opening to the next room - it was a bit interesting in terms of privacy and noise insulation

- one of the elevators was showing the first floor on display instead of ground floor- carpets on corridors are too old now and need replacing

It was conveniently located

My room was located right over the pool and on Sunday night. They had a christening which lasted till two in the morning when I called the front desk. They notified me that it would be over at 12:30 but did not the music kept playing.
