Grecian Castle Chios

The exterior was beautiful and sophisticated .

The room with the exception of the balcony was like my dorm room of the 70s but smaller.

I enjoyed my stay at Grecian Castle Chios! While the rooms weren't super fancy or big, they had everything I needed, and there was a lovely balcony looking over a beautiful courtyard. There was strong AC, good food in the hotel restaurant (including free breakfast), and the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is also near a local beach, a five-minute drive from the airport, and a 15-20 minute walk from the town center by the port, where there's lots of food and shopping.

When we come to Chios, we always prefer this hotel, especially if it is available ?perfect, comfortable, clean and nice &kind staff

poor quality of rooms, not better than a small lodging. old building with no care. someone's have to say, pricing is nonesense compared to european hotel averages. total dissappointment. will never come back.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grecian Castle Chios Hotel! One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. They offer a fantastic variety of options, beautifully presented in an open buffet style. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and had a lovely Mediterranean touch – from local cheeses and olives to delicious pastries and fresh fruits. You can really feel the care they put into the food. It's the perfect way to start your day on the island. Highly recommend!

However, the room we booked was quite small, especially the bathroom. There was very limited space, and unfortunately, there wasn’t even a hanger or hook to hang towels, which made things a bit inconvenient.Overall, the hotel has charm and the breakfast is excellent, but the room setup could use some improvement.

Location and staff great, except life guard, he was not friendly and borderline rude. Bathroom was small. Shower leaked. Everything else great!!!

Conveniently located between Chios airport and the city, Grecian Castle is a wonderful hotel celebrating traditional architecture. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The room was tidied up and cleaned on a daily basis.

There was an occasional faint smell that may indicate a blocked sewage. The room‘s facilities show their age and are well used. I don’t believe there is a need to replace towels on a daily basis.

Location was good, close to city center.

Rooms are clean but bathroom is too old, it seems like dirty. They have to renovate their rooms as soon as possible.

Only things that i like is location and breakfast.

You have a huge moisture problemMate… the walls were all covered by stains because of moisture. The rooms smells like moisture as well. Bathrom and shower cabinet was also not clean. Very, very bad…

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast in the morning is very nice. The location to town and the airport is convenient, and the hotel complex is cute.

We had a lot of trouble keeping the AC and power on in our room consistently. The key cards did not always turn on the AC. Checkout was also very chaotic, as they initially could not find our payment on Booking.com and tried to double charge us.

Location is nice, 3 min drive to center, maybe a bit difficult to walk due to hot weather.

The room was very outdated and dirty.

Buildings are nice, castle like houses in the garden, nice environment. Good breakfast.

The furniture in the room very cheapy, bed is not comfortable, there was kettle but no instant-cafe, only tea. Near to airport, so plane flying low cause high noise.

Friendly staff. The hotel has a large area, it really feels like you are in a castle. The walls are stone and there are antique furniture.

Soft drinks should be added to half board reservations. The towels and sheets in the rooms are old. They should be renewed.

Very friendly staff. They provided all the things to make the stay comfortable and extra things like coffee machine, hot water heater, stove, plates and utensils. The pool was very nice. We’re had a meal at the restaurant I would recommend the sea bass, as it wax delicious. Over all wonderful place to vacation .

The Hotel is located in front of the Sea and the city centre is 10 mins in a walking distance. The Parking is out of the hotel but is controlled by camera. Room was very nice and cleaned and the breakfast was great with a good variety of food.
