One of the greatest pools I've seen! The rooms were also perfect, very spacious, with perfect view day and night. All the food and drinks we had were very good. The included breakfast buffer was very good. We appreciated a lot the complimentary wine and fruits that were lefIt in our room. It was such a good stay that we didn't even feel like getting out of the hotel to visit the island! The staff -from the receptionists to the cleaners- very very helpful, eager, and nice, always smiling. They helped us with all of our requests, from getting reservations to preparing us with breakfast to go. Thank you for everything!

The sun beds for the pool were not enough in quantity, especially the ones that are actually by the pool, so hotel guests were in race to get spots. Also, the curtains for these beds need to be reconsidered, since they were bothersome when there was wind, which was quite often.

The property is modern and luxurious! Perfect location for short walk to the port and attractions in the area. The staff is exceptional, and who doesn’t love a swim up room. The resort was exactly as depicted on their website. Parking on site is a plus!

About time Chios joins the rest of Greece with a respectable hotel offering,Great Breakfast. Beautiful pool. A truly relaxing stay.

Parking fills up quickly

The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful, always doing their best to assist us. The rooms, pool, and garden — everything was spotless. In terms of cleanliness and hospitality, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Definitely a place we would choose again!

Gorgeous grounds and spotless, beautiful hotel. Great service at breakfast and with cleaning staff. Convenient to Chios Town, airport and ferries.

Breakfast was great. The hotel is located very close to the city center. Nice and quiet location, beautiful sea view.

A shaded car park area would be nice.

Gorgeous facility. We had a spacious suite with a dedicated pool. Though we didn’t use the pool because the weather wasn’t warm enough and the pool wasn’t heated.

The first night and 3rd night, we didn’t have hot water in the shower. The hotel maintenance tried to fix it. Also, we stayed just as they were switching over the central HVAC to cooling for the summer season. That night was freezing in our room without heat, but it was just our bad timing. We suggest going in the heat of summer so that you can enjoy the AC and the pool!

i really loved the location the architecture & the design of the place.

well i know the time ai attended the property was new , but it should be a five star hotel and everything were prepared but not at all , we couldn’t use the pool ; the ac wasn’t working , the staff wasn’t able to answer all our questions. the food was normal. i’ve already sent an email while i was in the hotel to the property complaining over everything i didn’t like .

Exceptionally beautiful hotel and facilities. A really picture perfect hotel.

The Aircons only blew hot air, even if you changed the mode to cold, it blew hot. When I called the reception they said that even though there was a control panel in the room it was controlled centrally and it was all set to hot and could not be changed. We ended up sleeping with our sliding door open. As the fan made a noise as well.

Fantastic modern hotel. Very clean rooms and facilities. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was great - a lot of choices and delicious!The pool is a highlight.Big thanks to all the Hotel Staff. We will definitely come back in the summer. I would like to thank the receptionist Maria in particular. She was very helpful and friendly during the reservation, transfer and accommodation. The entire team is helpful. I would also like to thank the spa team.

Its a very new hotel just 5-10 min walk to the town center. 5-star quality rooms, including Nespresso coffee machine. There are sockets everywhere in the room, which you won't see in other hotels. Staff is very helpful and kind. A+++++

All the employees, especially Maria Hanım at the reception, were very attentive and kind<3 The hotel was very clean and tidy, the breakfast was sufficient.

I expected coffee machines and capsules to be placed in the rooms. For example, collaboration with Nespresso can be easily achieved.

Brand new squeaky clean facilities, exceptional location with free parking, just a short walk from the center of Chios. Staff was very accommodating and polite. Prices for 5* hotel were very competitive! Will be going back soon!
