This hotel is a family business. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location is good. It has a parking place. Beach is so close. The hotel is extremely clean.

Everything was fine. Could be better with some renovation.

Everything was very good. Especially the staff is very helpful. If we pass by again, we will choose this place.Before going, we wrote that we needed a parking bed. There was no parking bed in our room and we had 1 bed. We had a little difficulty the first night but we managed so I reduced 1 point. Also, the location is very good if you have a car. Because it is both quiet and very close to the center.You can choose it with peace of mind.

When we first arrived at the hotel, there was no staff. We arrived at around 8pm. There was no welcome.

It was very clean. Very comfotable and very close to the beach. Also the pool and the garden is very beautiful. The staff was very polite and nice.

Swimming pool was closed and air conditione wasn’t working properly.

The rooms are very clean. The seaside is very near. The owners of the hotel and their family is very friendly and kind. And parking place is very comfortable. There is an oil station very near and there is a little shop inside. Also there is a vending machine at the hotel.

Nothing for the hotel. But ıt is a little bit far from the center. From port the tax is 15 euro.

The view was magnificent. The quiet environment and friendly staff boost the mood.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is located 10 mins away from city centre, need car rental to reach. Close to sea and nice view. Staff is very good and helpful. There is a small parking area behind the hotel and easy to access. Clean and comfortable rooms. Had some renovations in the room from our stay in 2019 and liked that. I can say we highly recommend this place.

This was 3 or 4th times we came to Agia Markella and as always we appreciate the location, cleaning (which I found very very good) and helpful friendly staff. We found enhancements this time which was also pleased us.

The only thing I liked about our stay was how friendly and caring the receptionist was.

This place is extremely overrated and over-priced. The room was very dingy and musty. The lighting in the room was very poor, the hot water didn't work (took the staff 4+ hours of troubleshooting to get it to work), the toilet water smelled backed up the whole time we were there, the 'garden' view (we were on the ground floor) included a small pool of stagnant water full of breeding and hatching mosquitos just meters from our room, there was no screen for the balcony door so keeping it open for fresh air was out of the question. I was very disappointed for the price we paid.

The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and caring. Location is perfect!

We like everything

Our room had an amazing seaside view. It was spacious and clean. The location is perfect, just a 1-minute walk to the beach. There's a free public beach nearby, and you can also get budget-friendly sunbeds from the café next door. The staff was really friendly. I would definietely prefer this place if I turn to Chios.

The hotel was great in every way. The only thing they could possibly do better is offering bus timetables to guests who don't plan to rent a car. Figuring out the buses near the hotel is quite tough (especially with the Greek alphabet).

The owners are very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom and balcony. The breakfast was varied and very nice. Close to the beach and public transport to the centre.There are eateries close by.Overall a great experience and I would stay there again.

The hotel looks really nice from the outside. Location is great, just few steps to the beach. The view from the room balcony was amazing.

Furniture in the room needs an upgrade. Too many stairs to reach the hotel lobby, not suitable for elderly people

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Small welcome pack is also a very kind and sweet idea. We stayed just 2 nights and everything went well. The view from the balcony of the hotel room was seriously hearwarming in the mornings. Regarding the room, cleanliness and A/C were good. The location was far a bit from the city center but close to the beaches. Free parking was also available.

We didn't encounter a situation that we did not like. Maybe the lack of an elevator may cause problems for other guests.
