Ayvazali Hotel

I had to cancel a night due to rental car problems and they gave me a refund despite the late notice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Upgraded to a larger family room because it was one of the few that were non smoking.

There is nowhere to park and few restaurants nearby. I also had to ask for soap.

When we arrived, they greeted us right away. Since our booking the hotel was near loud construction. They moved our entire group of 16 to another nearby hotel at the same rates. They made sure we got settled in and all was good

Breakfast was nice.

One door of shower was missing, so water was all over the bathroom afterwards. TV didn’t show any channel. Definitely needs immediate repairs.

The hotel location is fairly good. It’s not that far from the ruins or museum. I would say it’s a good value, but definitely about a two star hotel.

The room is old and smelly. First, I ask for a nonsmoking room. I got a smoking room, there is an ashtray in the room. The room smells of cigarettes. The bathroom smells not clean at all.

There are just a few places in Bergama to stay, so getting a room can be tricky. But the place is old, not well maintained, and expensive

breakfast was stunning, ate too much seems staff not very happy, hahaha. however, the breakfast choices a lot, bread was very fresh and soft, a lot variety. recommended

Really friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, enough place in the room. Breakfasts are OK, but keep in mind - it's Turkish breakfast, I mean no porridge, no cereals, no bacon or smth like that, mainly eggs, fruits, vegetables and bakery products

It is located on a quite noisy street. WiFi is OK for surfing, but if you have to work, you'll probably find it quite slow. Bathroom needs renovations, also in my room everything worked OK

The shower was old, and it was leaking to the bathroom floor. The mini fridge was old with no shelf space.

Location is very good with convenient parking available. Hotel has clearly been updated & looks modern between its neighbours. Staff very friendly & helpful. Big rooms and a convenient lift.⁶

Bathroom lets the hotel down as the fancy-looking shower had a glass panel missing and barely worked. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall.

The breakfast was good and sufficient. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very large. Müge at the front desk was so kind and helpful!

Payment. They wanted cash only. I had find ATM and took half an hour. The facilities were terrible.

The staff are amazing. We have been traveling for a month and the staff at this Hotel were the best we have experienced. Location was perfect for us. Parking is OK.

hotel located on one of the principal roads. it has a swimming pool on the roof that is good . personnel is very friendly

shower broken and old with a lot of oxide. bed and pillows uncomfortable . air conditioner is above the bed so you get frozen . rooms were clean but the hotel needs a couple of painting hands . I dont recommend this hotel at all .
