hotel needs total interior upgrade

Very nice view of Pergamon Ancient City if you get a room on the upper floors. The shower worked fine. The breakfast was very good despite the size of the hotel.

The AC unit in our room was quite old, it worked fine but some cleaning would be welcomed. TV was set to one channel and locked at volume level 12. The fan in the bathroom was heating the bathroom, after some minutes to fan out the moisture it felt like a sauna in there. Poor ventilation since I am sure someone smoked in the room next to us and the smell got into our bathroom.

This small hotel is run by a family - and they were incredibly kind and hospitable. The breakfast was very good. The room was simple but adequate to our needs.

There was no official place to park. We got lucky and scored a place right in front of the hotel but it meant that we didn't want to go out again because we were afraid that we'd lose our space and never find another one near the hotel.

This hotel is the ideal base if you are in Bergama to visit the ancient sites. It's right opposite the Archaeological Museum (which is quite small) and one minute away from a taxi rank to get to the Acropolis (and the rest of ancient Pergamon). My room on the third floor was very spacious, one wall a floor-to-ceiling window with a view across the city to the Acropolis. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom, very quiet. Lots of restaurants and shops within minutes. Parking can be a bit of a headache, but the lady at reception was super helpful, holding me a space right in front of the entrance that happened to be vacant while I ran to get my car, which I had parked in a street nearby. While in Bergama, it's much easier to get a cab to the sites (or walk) and leave the car wherever you manage to find a safe space to park.

The towels could be a bit thicker.

Location was very easy to get to and around the corner from the museum. Nice cafeteria-style restaurant next door and a car park just next to that. Super easy. Staff was so welcoming (including their friendly cat) and breakfast was delicious. Even got to watch a little Turkish “MTV” to experience that part of the culture. My sheets were definitely clean but they smelled like cigarettes.

It’s not a particulary exciting hotel but it does the job well. Staff were present at check-in and allowed me check into my room early. Room was basic but clean. Had TV and fridge, which is a definite plus. Bed and shower were good. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but did the job. Overall happy with my stay. Only downside was how dark the bathroom was, I would suggest fixing the main light there.

It is in a convenient location by the museum, and the room window faces the acropolis.

The shower wasn’t working well during our stay. Water started to leak in the middle of the night from the shower hose.

The friendly receptionist was really likable. She helped us secure a parking lot as well. Thank you!The breakfast was simple but hearty! I enjoyed it!

There could be stronger heater in the room.

We only stayed one night here when visiting the area to see the Pergamon ruins. Perfect for us- family with kids 5 & 8 years. Beautiful view of the acropolis. Great restaurant suggestion from the staff who were also friendly and helpful.

Bit of traffic noise early in the night.

The owner and her assistants are very kind and helpful. Payment must be in cash TRL, EU, US. Atm's are close by. We were lucky with parking outside on the street.. if not, there's parking lot close by they'll direct you to after dropping off luggage. The room, bed & bathroom are mostly remodeled and very comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants. Breakfast has adequate tasty offerings.For the price it's very fair.

If sensitive, a tad noisy as the sun rises... but we fell back to sleep until 8:30 both mornings!!

The hotel is right across the street from the Bergama Museum, and it is a short drive to the Akropolis or Asklepion.

We arrived late , and the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and great breakfast.

Very nice room and hotel, owner very kind and available to every needs, good breakfast, clean and quite. Near city center, shops and restaurants very near.

- very nice receptionists (helped me with all the info needed);- very nice facilities in the room (e.g. mini fridge)- good wifi

- the smell in the bathroom would be very weird when the light was closed and ventilation was off- suggestion: maybe offer tea also outside the breakfast

I liked the location - I was able to walk basically to every main site.The very nice reception guy had no English whatsoever but via Google translate he did his best to check me in and to answer my questions and it worked.

The receptionist was a kind lady and very accommodating. The location was decent with shops and restaurants nearby.

When we arrived there was no water and we were told the municipality cut off the supply and they didnt have a large enough water storage tank for a hotel! So we were about to check-out and just then the water started running again! Its a very small place the hotel is very small and cramped and the rooms are very small! There are way better options available in the city buts its a shame they are not listed on booking website. Basic necessities were not available like cups and spoons or water bottles in the room. We had to borrow from the restaurant and had to bring it back early in the morning for the other guests! The lift is very small and claustrophobic and can accommodate only 2 persons! The AC was not working well and when we asked for a fan they did not have one!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location was ideal for me (right across from the museum)

Parking was slightly problematic, although it worked. Breakfast was pretty basic, although good enough.

A massive thank you to the lady at reception. She helped me try to locate my missing passport that I left on the bus!
