- very close to railway station.- awesome host, breakfast is easy 10/10. Simple but really good.- amazing futon experience surrounded by sounds of the nature outside, I haven’t slept that good in a while.- a fridge with food like curry, rice, frozen pasta, cup noodles and soda/alcohol at reasonable prices if you didn’t bring anything for dinner

Very spacious room. Comfortable stay with the needed amenities. The staffs were friendly and very kind. There is a free drink bar (coffee, tea) with some snacks at the lobby. They also sell simple retort food and cup noodles. The lobby sitting area is super cozy. There is a piano and some board games for guests to enjoy. They also provide a lot of flyers with info of sightseeing spots in the area.

The bed mattress was a little soft. But the futon was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable and spacious room. The hosts are super friendly and nice.

One of the nicest and cleanest traditional Japanese hotels I've seen. Everything in the room seemed either new or exceptionally well maintained. The gentleman running both the check-in desk and breakfast kitchen was very kind and helpful.

Spectacular Japanese style room, we felt it’s better than it looked on the pictures! The view of the room is amazing, the mountains, the sea and the village. All the staffs are friendly and we had a little chat with the owner in the morning, who is a lovely lady. Super happy with the stay and we will definitely come back if we visit Ito again.

Everything is great here. Clean and big room with good view. Lovely and helpful staffs. I really enjoy my staycation here. Next time when I visit Izu again, I will choose this property again.

The views and the rooms were beautiful! The owners were such wonderful and lovely people. They drove us to an Onsen on a rainy day and gave us great tips for our travels.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Very nice staff, who made it feel like home. The view from the room is just as good as the pictures if you can believe it!! The room itself is also very clean and the room's style/look was the favorite of my 3 week Japan trip. We notified them that we were going to check in late, nervous that it'd cause issues. But they responded instantly and empathetically saying not to worry at all. Was a very nice experience and I highly recommend!

Not many restaurants and no konbinis within walking distance. Izu in general favors people with a car. I knew this going in, but should've planned dinners, etc. more as restaurants understandably close earlier there than I naively got used to in a bigger city. Futo station nearby does provide access to konbinis and more restaurants, but make sure you watch the train schedules.

Uphill walk from train station. Better to go by car.

Huge room, separate face wash bowl, bathroom and toilet, ocean view windows, facilities are very new, super friendly and patient staff, will definitely book next time in Ito area. The location is not too far from the Futo station though the road is a little hilly if you have heavy luggage. Also near the trailhead of the Jogasaki coastal walk.

Beautiful japanese room with great views, very attentive and kind people taking care of us ? We had great recommendations for places to go and help with calling taxis and luggages, everything was easy. Internet works great.

View was spectacular, room was comfortable and front desk staff were amazing. Hotel was located in a peaceful fishermen’s town. Lobby has drinks for purchase.

Not lots of quick food options in the immediate area. Watch out for bugs!

Location is comprised but you got what you pay far

Japanese style room, peaceful vibe, ocean view, friendly and helpful staff who helped us to contact local rental car company which enable us to rent a car on the same day

Given the location is on the hill and a bit far to walk from station or to nearby conveient store. It will be great if hotel can work with rental car company for vehcile drop off and pick up to and from the hotel, so anyone who can drive in Japan saves the trouble of catching taxi to car rental company.

The room was extremely spacious, the bathroom facilities are amazing, nice to soak in after a long day. There were also breakfast provided for a small fee of 500yen, and there's instant noodles and drinks available for purchase if you do not want to go out to the konbini.

The location would be tough for those not driving unless you're taking the local train to futo station, but for those driving, convenient enough for Ito city.
