SEM9 Senai "Formerly Known As Perth Hotel"

Near the airport, delicious breakfast, clean, and provide hot drinks in packets

late check in (3pm) and early check out (12md)

The room was clean with king-size bed.

No shower screen and detachable shower spray. Only one piece of soap.

Room, bedding, and shower were all clean and comfortable. Location was near the airport and thus great for catching flights. Did not book the gaming rooms which was a shame but will go back for those for sure. Also had an unexpected breakfast buffet, wasn't a huge selection, but was much better than I could ask for the price and hotel rating.

Location

There is dust around the computer, as we check in late and The hotel only has one room left with two gaming computers. Overall, the room appears small, and there is a noticeable amount of dust on the table where the gaming computers are placed. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling is peeling, with a hole that causes discomfort while using the bathroom :(

Was nice for day stay only

They need to improve on the water heater system & change all the TVs or put cables with some movies ch all they have is old TVs woth only locally this hotel was supported for alot of Gaming & all but they can't improve on TV & water heater ???

The staff was friendly

Room was dirty, pillow too hard, towels and bedsheets got black and brown marks

Near to the airport

Hotel room is not nice, compared to the price. Was too expensive.

Location is good and the breakfast is ok.

The WiFi in the room is disappointing. The toilet leaks and the shower has no curtain to prevent water splashing the whole bathroom wet. Towels are not satisfactory for drying after showers as they are too thin. TV does not have the channels working - it’s simply dead! The bed is too short.

Basic amenities provided, bed was comfy, clean as it should as a hotel

The power kept coming off.

Convenience location if you're flying into senai airport

No shower curtain, bathroom flooded every time after shower, facility quite tired, staff couldn't send toilet paper up until after 7pm (no idea why?!), breakfast very basic and ran out of food by 8am, needed to request for replenishment every morning, wifi spoty, ended up sharing hot pot with phone

nearby airport for convenient to catch out morning flight

The room bed and washroom need more improvement for cleanliness

Staff and cleaning

Ac have complaint, pipe line have issue and door stuck up need to improve

Near to everything. airport, mosque, restaurant, and any other shops. For a muslims guest, its very nice as can hear the azan from the mosque.

Parking fare. It should be only RM 3 for hotel guests. Since there's no guard there I can validate the receipt hence, I have to pay the usual price. Should be improvise that part if guard can't be available there 24hrs. Not every guest will check in/out within normal hours.

Walking distance to airport

Its stated that car parking is free, but when i reached there, actually i need to pay car parking fees PER ENTRY. This was totally unacceptable. When i query with the staf, they said nothing they can do, and i can understand that, but maybe atleast they can apologize for confusing and incorrect information in the web.

close to airportclose to eatery

room were smelly .but the housekeeping staff handle it very fast..thumbs upbreakfast probably a bit oily..scrambled eggs taste burnt

Convenient for airport

Complimentary shuttle operates only 5 days per week between 0900-1700 Disinterested staffPoor western breakfast selection

Good wifi, spacious room, nice breakfast.Plenty convenience stores nearby

Hot water pressure non existant

Comfortable room

Cafe with lots of flies especially when we hv food taken to the table

Very Near Senai airport. Convenience for those who transiting to airport

Wifi reception is very very poor and very very slow

Location-wise is fantastic - walkable to the airport & eateries - bonus is that provided free airport transfer which we were not aware of from the start! Food options were plenty all around & malls were reachable 10-15 minutes via Grab or Taxi. Good stay for a night if you need to catch a flight early the next day.
