Previous have a night stay with peace, This time was disturb by next door people, noisy

Rubbish place for family stay.

I was shocked that the bedsheet was dirty when we checked in. Water heater wasnt working wellyou can only have two options, very hot or cold. Non-adjustable.At night, I can even see a beg bug crawling on my daughters arm while she was sleeping!The walls are very thin which you can even hear your neighbours next door.Worst of all, I understand that theres a tourism tax stated per stay. But being charged PER NIGHT!!?? Their information memo at their front desk clearly stated per stay NOT per night. Its clearly that they are misleading the guest.Arif, their front desk staff is so inexperienced, ignorant to my questions and being rude when I requested to talk to their manager.

We reached late due to traffic along the highway. Sadly, the staff didn't reserved the rooms that I've booked earlier. We insisted and finally got it after an hour..

I book a family room which the price is very affordable. The room is clean with all basic facilities that we need. The staff is very friendly and assist us in car parking and water refilling. The location is strategic with aeon neaby and a lots of restaurants and shops around. My family enjoy our stay in this hotel.

The only issue is the soundproof of the room is so so and you can hear some sound from your neighbour room but it does not affect my sleep.

Air cond, water heater didnt well function. Only one set of shower gel and shampoo given.. And the room does not sound proof. You can hear people walking and talking. Wifi is just 2 bars.. Parking is limited..

Front counter personnel are cheerful, warm and attentive. Great location surrounded by wide variety of F&Bs and a large shopping mall with diverse range of merchandise. Easy accessibility to airport,city centre and major tourist attractions.

1. Shower head should have a 'fixed' position to free both hands for soaping. Now it has to be hand-held and it is located inches away from the shower curtain,hence, flooding is unavoidable. 2. Toilet paper is very thin,hence,a 2 or 3-ply type is preferred.

theres issue with water supply, but they keep accepting guests so we had to check out bcs theres no water supply at 11 PM

It was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Heater worked well. Electric kettle was provided which was very helpful.

i requested the iron board on that night, but staff said she will sent to my room ,unforntunately, she didnt and did not inform me anything until i call the reception the next morning.She said iron board not available

The hanger in the wash room was rusty. When raining the rain drip from the window and wet the floor. Luckily it didn't wet the mattress.

Fantastic Hotel. As we entered, the lobby smells great, clean and tidy. It has a working elevator which really is a plus point here when you are travelling with elderly people. The room was comfortable and linens were clean and smells fresh. Water pessure is 5 star. Staff are friendly and helpful. Family Mart and CU is walking distance. Terrific location. No car honking noises at night. Would definitely recommend this place to others when they're travelling to Kulai. Thanks RJ Hotel!!

No breakfast option or served but that's OK as the hotel is situated within walking distance to marts and cafes / restaurants.

The location is close to many eateries and not too far from Aeon mall. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Due to its location in the commercial zone, getting a nearby parking was a challenge. The WIFI connection was also poor.

Got elevator. Friendly staffs.

Difficult to get parking near hotel

Provide breakfast for guests.

Room chair is plastic no room deco. Wall photos can improve the interior.
