Large expansive resort feel. Spacious rooms, Muslim friendly sports centre with gender segregated access to rest rooms. Polite responsive staff.

Grounds are a little rundown with broken concrete near the sports centre pool area, gym equipment are functional but need refurbishing eg bike grips are broken and sticky. Pools could be cleaner.

Check in was very fast with the keys and forms all ready. The 4-bedroom apartment was very spacious and came with a mountain view. The aircons cooled the living room and bedrooms very quickly. Beds were comfortable. Smart TV in the living room allowed us to watch our Netflix shows. Wifi in the apartment was strong and consistent. Buffet dinner at the Chinese restaurant was exceptionally good. Good food and good service. Breakfast - a good spread but food ran out fast and replenishing was very slow.

(1) Apartment is meant for 8 people. Body gel and shampoo bottles provided were so tiny we were fighting over the usage. Advice: Bring your own shampoo and body soap. Usually I do but this time round I decided not to as I thought there should be sufficient for 8 people. (2) When booking a Grab, we could only indicate 'Main Entrance' but the app would take the drivers to the restaurant building. Had to get the hotel reception staff to help me speak to the drivers to guide them to the hotel lobby. (3) Really nothing within the vicinity. A small convenience store is located at the lobby but it closes at 7pm and not open on Tuesdays.

the place is to run down. toilet water pressure was very low. we requested for the extra water and was charge rm 2.5 per bottle.

I love the breakfast. Lots of variety and taste good.The staff service r good. I requested to print the receipt even peyment online and she did it without hesistate. Wifi is very good...with lot of tv channels and clear picturesCheck in / out r very smooth n fast.

1. There r no chairs at the balcony like last time. Room 07482. Aircond..need to be service - not cold enough3. Bath room- no extra hand soap for facial and toilet4. Change drinking water to mineral water please5. Not a good view along the pathways- there are lot of clothers hanging at the balcony - the opposite block4.

The room service was prompt, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The breakfast was flavorful and offered a wide selection to choose from. However, I would appreciate it if the tableware and cutlery set were placed directly on the dining table.

I was disappointed with the bathroom amenities, as I expected better for a resort. The towels have lost their fluffiness, feel coarse, and should be replaced. Being on a business trip, I would have appreciated bathroom amenities that offered more comfort, enabling me to travel light.

The rooms were large, spacious, and serviced daily. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa area pools, massages, and the water slide — the kids had a great time. Breakfast each morning was a treat. Ordering lunch or dinner via Grab was super easy, delicious, and incredibly affordable. The staff were super friendly and excellent hosts, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room only offered local TV channels, and there was no option to cast from our phone — the TV wasn’t a smart TV. The main hotel pool was under maintenance during our stay, but we were able to use the pools at the spa area, just a short 5-minute walk away. Those pools were fantastic and made up for the inconvenience.

All facilities are OK. Not much to complaints. We have great time.

The food for 2nd day is standard like yesterday.. All explored and some of the item ie roti John need improvement.

Jacuzzi steam room sauna,. Buffet sahur good variety spacious room, easy parking, good shower.It is hard to come across well maintained yet old resort ambient surrounded by huge trees nature.Good job!

Beware half board via booking.com is bento dinner, not buffet style although at similar rate with agoda

Was here for a night and will return to the same place in a couple of weeks time. The entire venue is nice and clean. The room was great, really nice decor and the balcony was a nice touch. Facilities were good too. It is quiet and therefore we were able to rest well.

Just a few things to make it a great place to stay. The shower pressure was very low, maybe its just my room but if it is a norm in other room then that should be improved. The entire bathroom facility is perfect. The lift buttons are extremely difficult to look at, as in you dont know if you've pressed it or not. It doesnt light up properly.

1. Breakfast food varietiesness and taste is not satisfied.. 2. Cannot attached table for big members of family during breakfast where many hotels allowed that.3. Room internet wifi only allowed for 3/4 persons log in only at one time. So, smart tv at the hall can't connect to wifi.

No sheltered walkway or buggy service from main building to sports centre, hence very inconvenient during rainy season; not all places are stroller friendly.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Stayed in a pool view unit.

Would be better if there was a ceiling fan in the room. Like myself not comfortable with air conditioned

When I first arrived, I was given a room that smell cockroach n found one dead cockroach ? in the toilet. There was no telephone in room, no toothbrush n toothpaste. I had to use my mobile phone to call the reception to request for a new room. How could you guys not check the condition before sending guest to such room. I already informed that I will be checking in late, so frustrating to be getting a room that smell cockroach as you enter thinking you can rest n sleep right away.after a long journey They got me a new room. Better but the shampoo n body wash bottle were so tiny ... definitely not enough for 6 people. No toothbrush n toothpaste...hmmmm

Too quiet at night. No activities or place to hangout or chill inside the resort at night

Love the pool and the breakfast was variety choices. Rooms are very spacious. Everything was good.
