TSR SeaFront Hotel

Location is ok as it's a beachfront hotel. We had to change room due to not so good room service. The previous visitor's towel still in the room. I like the previous management's handling of clients. The room was very clean and tidy when we spent the night last June.

The cleanliness and tidiness.

Fair price less than RM150 per night.large and clear Internet TV available.

No street lighting, very dark surrounding hotel.Less lighting at the lobby and hotel area.Water pressure too slow at shower head.Lack of facilities maintenace.

Everything is just fine.not so bad.most important all bed linen is fragrance just nice and I have good night sleep.

I love how strategic the place was, near the beach and also a lot of places to eat. Main highlight is the marrybrown below the hotel. So convenient especially if you didn't want to drive to find foods.

The place is quite dusty, i can see a lot of dust at the lamp, table. Even the water heater also got water than not being cleaned yet. The toilet also quite dirty, need to close my eyes whenever i go inside

Facility bad coz televisyen not function and the loby area Look Dirty and not like hotel view.... Pls update the Facility in loby area

Room and beds were comfortable.

Bathroom facilities could have been better. Water in the basin was taking time to clear out. Water from bathing area was leaking to the bathroom door.

Direct access to the beach.

No water filter. Would be great if you can provide one at the lobby or maybe at certain floor.

The Smart Tv. The location

The car park. No cafes. Marry Brown is okay but sometimes we just want a normal breakfast. Overall I think it's okay but for the price I think a swimming pool or a cafe would be nice.

The Hotel that i always checked in when visit to PD as the location is perfect with the public beach, but not the crowded area kind of public b each.

The location is good. Near to the beach. But bare in mind, there is no swimming pool, only few rooms facing the sea, and the kitchen is Marrybrown restaurant.

The way the staff entertain the customer is like they are not going a proper training. We request a honeymoon room through booking.com notes/messages, but when we call the hotel in the morning before chk in, she said the service need to be call and request directly to the hotel 2-3 days before chk in and blaming us for not doing that. She (which I think is not so friendly) said they can deco the room but will not supplied the fruits. We are ok with it and the additional charge is RM100. However, we get plastic patel and few others decorative which we think, it should be the real patel to be supplied. The room also not fragrance. The bathroom also so bad with the water stagnates badly and does not drain well.

The view of the hotel is nice new to sea side

The hotel room giving by leakking room on top of roof can see the leaking sign and inside the room not clean everywhere sand....the windows lock handle is Spoil and not repair...the front desk staff was good...

Clean tidy convenient place

A guy, maybe their maintenance staff opened our room door with their access card with reason has received a complaint about electricity. But we never complained about an issue with the electricity. We were sleeping and that time was 11.30 pm. We were very shocked. He gets to our room without knocking on the door. We felt not safe. Room number 326. However, the room and bathroom are nice and awesome.

Everything seems to be nice. I paid rm 300 for a night, definitely not worth it for the price. Normally 5 star hotel for that price. But if the price was 150 and below it is acceptable. Overall nice hotel to stay and friendly staff for me.

The price rm 300 per night.. crazy and extend per hour rm 30. Thats a 5 star hotel price not a 3 star.

Location walking distance from the beach.

1. Limited parking space.2. There are spider webs in the room. Staff should have do the cleaning properly.3. The room not that sound proof. We can hear the voice from other room and I assume it is vice versa.
