Cleanliness need to improve.

The property is clean, comfortable. The breakfast is delicious.

The building is very quite and dark during night. The beach not suitable for kids because the sea is so deep and have so many stones

We had a family day of 80 members of our big family. Everyone loved the venue, food and facilities. We enjoyed our games/activities at the private garden by the beach and the scenic view facing the waterfront was calming.

The elevators... there should be more. We have to wait for a long time to get into a less crowded one.

The corridor floor leading to the room is quite dirty and wet, and the area smells unpleasant. The breakfast food is unsatisfactory. The balcony is dirty with a lot of bird droppings and has not been properly cleaned

The exterior. The parking area is dark

Room was clean, easy to check in, check out, staff was friendly, location was good

Restaurants, food stalls are nearby. Supermarket is just right opposite.

Rather noisy at night. Cleanliness at common areas could be improved.

Good location and view unfortunately not well maintain.

The room was not clean and very dusty especially those curtains. The breakfast was bad . Not much choice .

All shops and eateries around the hotel closes early and opens late after 1100 hours.

During booking, I was was not informed that need to pay RM5.00 per additional pillowWE were provided with 2 single beds with one pillow each

The room was near thr lift.

The parking at L4 was full of bird shit and my car was in a mess.

Hotel is clean.. good for everiment .nice one

Air-conditioning was not really cool. Because of wrong put on area

I loved everything about this apartment, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. I will recommend others for sure! ☺️

The location is good

The building seems to be very old. Most part of it is delapidated or breaking down.Should have upkeep it. Quite a good location and is very near to most vicinity

Strategic location and have private beach.

The cleanliness of the room. The white lining curtain in my room (11B) is dirty and quite smelly. The fridge in the other room (11A) not properly function as its not up to cool temperature.

Great seaview, private beach, breakfast included and had balcony

Beach not suitable to swim but kids still can play the sand and also had bbq place. Breakfast was acceptable.

The apartments were clean with good aircon and good view over the sea. Breakfast in reef cafe was very good. The gym had good range of cardio fitness machines as well as free weights / exercise machine.. OK internet

Overall complex is a little dated. Although a good size pool, the water was green and murky (maybe due to recent heavy rain) but staff were trying to clean, however overall building maintenance was pool - chipped tiles / some areas blocked. Large metallic grid at one end of pool is not acceptable as moved and could punch fingers.Tv in room lacked decent AV signal. No option to connect phone / Netflix

Location is good , view also quite good , luckily we have partial sea view , pool is big but too crowded during weekend .

1.The lift is terrible always stuck 2.The Parking is so dark and scary with a lot of birds poop , morning when we go to the car , a lot of birds poop all over the car , we need to wash our car immediately, 3.Reception lobby a bit far from the lift area , u need to walk a bit to lift lobby4.The room so dusty and they still cleaning when we arrived, need to wait until 5pm only we can enter the room. Request extra bed but then come very late i think bcoz of lift malfunction. If no other choice this is still the best hotel in PD but to repeat again sorry probably not.

Nearby nightclub with loud music until almost 2am.
