Good location with shops nearby.

Mattress not so comfortable, pillow to thick!

The location is full of people so i feel safe and convenient

The south block entrance door not was not closed 24/7The warung salai shop make the lobby at south block smellyThe cleanliness of the room moderateStaff at reception not so friendly

Room allocated to us was big

No bathroom like soap and shampoo and toothbrush was given despite of price we paid

Its very near to downtown. Middle of jalan pantai

Love the cleanliness of the room and there's no bad smell. Everything was fine.

The toilet door can't lock.

The air conditioning not good enough, one of the living room area are not cold and need to take more than half and hour to comfortable. Hopefully your management take seriously about that because it the one of the important thing to your customers. One thing with a spend more than RM350 per/night your bathroom didn't provide brush teeth and Colgate, it very sad to say and despointed.

1. The hotel is closed to the beach. 2. Surrounded with open carpark, 24-hours laundry, 24-hours 7-Eleven Mart, food stalls, very happening.3. Room is spacious.

1. The hotel registration counter is in one building, the room is in another building, but no proper instruction given by the reception, making me tour whole building looking for the room. 2. Toilet Bidet not working properly.3. Air-cond not facing the bed, the room is big, take time for the air-cond cooling the entire room, especially during afternoon, sunny days.

1. The room air conditioner is not functioning well until we have to change to another room. 2. The room's Air conditioner is not cool enough (2nd room).3. The main door lock set is broken (2nd room).4. The toilet is not clean enough (2nd room).

Near pantai teluk kemang, 7E shop, eating restaurant just a walk..favourite MHR Burger restaurant..lift in building..big room space..

Deposit cash is needed for stay..shampoo in bottle..just cofee for late drink..

The staffs were nice

No toiletries, dirty bathroom, loud aircond

There was no breakfast at all.I found the location good.

There was no proper housekeeping on the 2nd day.No one cleaned my room and replenished tissues, coffee, water etc.

A stay Only for a good Location amd Comfy bed.

Along way from down lift to up smelly and not clean. Bathroom not clean. Tv channels not clear and limited only for Malay programmes. No mirror for dressing,only 1 in the bathroom difficult to share if with family when getting ready to go out for a events.No cupboards or a place to keep things in a family room.Food stalls around not multirasional.

apart from that, its just fine

no fridge for convenience...probably lift was last cleaned 1month ago... toilet bowl had stains....

old mattress and old pillow. the mattress is collapsed on the center. i booked triple room. both mattress was collapsed. i stayed at 3rd so noisy during night. the sound happened till 5am. there are ppl in and out all night with door open close sound from downstair. not comfortable at all !

no toothbrush provided,wifi not working,Aircon not working well,no available staff to ask for help

Facility near the hotel good

The staff night shift very lazy...aircond not cold...

Location strategic, many of variety restaurants around near from hotel.

Improve facilities perhaps like television in full HD & variety other channels. Provide ironing in every level.

Room clean and the space good enough for a short stay with 2 persons. Value for money. Able to accept our late check out but still need to pay. :)

Should added more pillow, 2 pillows each. The big guy at reception to be more friendly.. added more smiles ;)
