Just there was small leakage in room since it was heavy rain in the night

This is my 4th time staying in this hotel. Room and pool are comfortable and nice as usual. Only dissapointed with the breakfast. This time the breakfast varieties are VERY LESS. And there is a staff answered me 'itu saya tak tahu' when i asked whether the bihun finished or you will add on. I dont know why he is working there then.

I love the staff they are really friendly. The facility is superb. The jacuzzi is huge tho and for the price quite cheap for me. The location is nearby the tanjung gemok beach. From the swimming pool can see the view of the beach and its really nice

All is nice until i need some spa massage but unfortunately this facility is close. If not, maybe i will rate 10/10 but still, this place is amazing

Like the price and the, view its ok for the price and have a break fast its very helpful, but u also can get a roti canai warung (lokalfood) at the side road 20meter from lobby.

A bit smell old carpet bit still ok not to bad. For price its place is good. And a bit far from beach need to go with a car

Poor customer service.Electricity trips off and we couldnt put the TV plug. And they even ask with us whether need to check the plug and they never check it before we stay. For late check out they charge every hour but never inform us about the hourly charge.

Nice experience. Hotel was good overall and near to main city center. Clean and staff behave nicely.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from my room is good too. I can view the sea from far and also my car from my room.Breakfast was good. I enjoyed with my family

The room is quite okay, it has a mini refrigerator and iron, breakfast is varieties, swimming pool at rooftop with seaview

Water pressure suddenly slows and water heater sometimes hot sometimes cold even setting to hot, room got noisy sound

I took the honeymoon package for anniversary, very nice n cozy room also with the jacuzzi. The free gift they give very nice. Love it n will repeat.

I didn‘t like this hotel. It‘s overpriced

Breakfast room is too small and crowded. Food is all cheap, nothing special at all. The whole house has carpets, this is unhygienic.

Location and easy to find food

The room small and the tv channel unsatisfactory also the roof leaking near jacuzzi. Breakfast should be improve in term of the taste.

The food needs some special attention especially for todays breakfast the sambal was too spicy and the hotdog tasted like its was expired otherwise all good

I can see dog shit on the pathway outside the dining/breakfast area. The night before, I saw a dog near the parking area.

General is clean and comfortable to stay. Breakfast is good too. Just that the hotel has no beach itself. Need to walk across the street to Gloria beach hotel, which is the same owner according to staff there. Parking is free and at the hotel side.
