Although my initial room had an ant problem, the hotel management acted promptly and changed my room to a sea-view room. I really appreciated their quick response and the helpfulness of the staff

the complimentary breakfast could have been better.

As far as the breakfast concern, l mostly accepted the food which offered. The room is clean and well organized in order. l think l will come back to stay in this Hotel for holidays without other hotels to consider.

So far so good! l don't think l have any comments at all.

The check in process is faster compared to the other Lexis hotels that I've been to. The Breakfast is nice.

It seems the room was not cleaned properly, as we saw a large cockroach, which pretty much summed up the level of cleanliness. The bedsheet felt like it had particles (possibly sand) on it and caused itchiness

The bed is comfortable, and the room has a jacuzzi, though I didn’t have time to use it. I will consider staying longer next time. The view is good，sunset is just infront of us。Staff is friendly and helpful.

First room had a leak, so we had to switch. Second room was better but door hanger was broken and balcony lock was stiff. People upstairs were shouting at midnight and reception didn’t answer. Breakfast had lots of options, but the curry chicken was really tough.

The sea view is good, other facilities is ok.

Front Desk, Housekeeping, FnB staffs very friendly n helpful. Room clean n neat. Breakfast menu is excellent with so many options to choose. Keep it up!

The staff is nice. The breakfast are variety and nice. The bed is super comfy. Swimming pool not too deep (4ft only). The lobby quite spacious. There are 4 counter. Professional staff (quick check in and check out). Easy parking.

A little bit far from Teluk Kemang and Batu 5. I dont agree with the layout of entering toilet first after front door. There are a lot of dust unproperly wipe/clean. Theres moss (lumut) at the balcony. The furniture quite old. Swimming pool could upgrade for a modern and new look.

Water chalet.

They say room service but if it rains no room service and you need to stay in hunger or you have to go to their restaurant in rain. Don’t book water chalets. Bathrooms and room floors are not clean.

The food was awesome, and I was very satisfied with the taste and quality. However, since I stayed for two days, I noticed the menu was the same each day. It would be great if you could offer a bit more variety for guests staying multiple days.

I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were a lot of cockroaches, and the washroom was not clean at all. Overall, the room hygiene was very poor and needs serious improvement.

free upgrade to water chelet , because i book one is tower room.

the water in room very small , very2 small , breakfast too normal , is very expensive for children price , cause i pay for my children RM23 but he only eat a pcs of roti, normally i go any hotel pun for my child 5y is free.

It’s nothing special. Could have improve on the curb appeal.

The room has a weird layout. You come in through the bathroom area the. Into the bedroom. The floor doesn’t have a clean appearance. I had called for additional towels but they didn’t bring it.

The staff was very courteous and attentive; check in and out was a breeze, and buggy and other requests attended to promptly.

The furniture and fixtures were rather outdated and there was no supply of hand towels; had to be requested. The room safes did not work properly. There was a rope to open shower skylight, but although that was taken off sometime ago, the fixture remained. Lighting was rather poor but maintenance changed the bulbs on request. The tea cabinet looked rather sad in need or repair.

The view, the food, the facilities.

Slow water pressure. Some light bulbs in the room and in the bathroom were broken. When it's windy outside, there is sound on the roof and at the sliding door. I felt scared at night and i couldn't sleep well.

Near beach. Got swimming pool, plenty of parking

Very clean especially the room, all the staff very friendly and the location was very convenient.

So far everything is good except parking very limited and need to park at the main road side.

The team was very accommodating and kind throughout the stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making the experience pleasant.

Nothing major, overall the stay was enjoyable.

It is full of dust when open the curtain.There is a dead cockroach underneath the day bed.The toilet cubicle is smelly.The water pressure is very slow.The bath tub shower tab is broken.

They upgraded to seaview room. Added bit of privacy.

Needed to pay RM200 depo in cash / CC; which isn't notified beforehand in the listing. I had no cash & only uses debit card. So had to travel 10km to-fro to the nearest ATM. Very inconvenience. The bathtub leaks & not useable. Shower semi-clogged.
