The location

The hotel is totally out of what was mentioned in the booking.com The mattress and the bad was too old

The view only im enjoyed.

Not hygenic.not proper things inside house ,toilet cant flash,dont have toothbrush bcs on facilities got informed have provide....inside bathroom got shower gel totaly dirty its blue colour gel but when we press out it mean become dark choclate very dirty ...blanked also very² dirty ...not value for the amount im paying total Rm275....i want refund for the very bad experience for my holiday.

Bad 2 room apartment at PD

Aircond not functioning at bedroom 2TV sound problemNeed park outside when arrive, after register can park inside. Management should liaise with guard for visitor already booking the room.

Location pretty good. Nice view.

No basic things provided such as floor mat, tissues, plastic bags for rubbish, dish washing. Wood smell in the houses. Beds and pillows are hard and got bugs. Tv was not working, no balcony light. Bathroom pipes were loose.

No tv in the living room...fridge not funtion....no aircond....curtain very dirty...the floor very dirty...no cutlery in the kitchen...kitchen very dirty...staff not friendly at all...after make the reservation in booking.com they suddently said no room...it's fully book!!! And the staff not profesional at all!!!

Living room with tv & aircond.Better sleeping bed with new cover sheet & blanket like 3 star hotel.With dressing table.

everything, no tv, no wifi and its not value for the money i spent

No fridge,no mineral water provided,tv not function but pool clean

Nice bed even not like 5 star hotel but i can sleep peacefully without sick at my backbone

I can't control aircond remote when cold

Theres no remote in the room for adjusting air conditioning, Bed bugs around the house mattress and pillow rotten smell and so bad cause neck pain holiday turn up night mare

It was not clean full of dust,no access to clean water,toilet flush was making noise

I like the view and the bathroom.

The bed is teribble, old, feel like sleeping on the plywood.Bedsheet not so cleen, No proper comforter provided. Can provide clothes hanger.

Location is good

TV Channel problem. Door is hard to open. Old furniture and linen. In the advertisement show provide sofa bed, but then the real only sofa wood provided.

swimming pool under maintenance and need to pay extra money cause booking more than 7 person.

very bad experience and will never stay in there even if get for free

everything, the hotel was very dirty, the bedsheets were dirty, room size is small, the bed is very hard, old used pillow and the air cond very old got water drops

Good privacy, as not many people around.

Room not well maintained. Poor quality mattress.

No breakfast. Location is good
