Duduk tingkat 9.....air kecik... Nak tunggu bath tub penuh mungkin 2 jam kot... Telefon dalam bilik pon rosak. Staff berkumpul di depan lift hotel tingkat 9....

staff so friendly ? but i have been there for weekday..it's a bit quit..view also amazing

Cleanliness and creepy building. For those like hygiene i am not encourage you to use the toilet.

location of room is near with empty or broken room.. it might to goosebump..try to ask for changing room but can’t..

Good environment, nice view , comfortable room , clean room n toilet, really good and value for it.

Maybe can improve for the facility, toilet can’t flush, hot water heater non-function ( electric shot ), coz of no hot water to shower ( i need to cook hot water to put in bathtub ) , i asked possible for late check out before 1pm , the receptions just answer “ jangan lambat sangat “

Im enjoy with my trip but not enjoy for the hotel.

The breakfast is not worth. No meal for kids.The bath tub not function. Don’t have water heater. Toilet also cannot flush.Back door cannot lock, really dangerous for kids.No rooms telephone.Receptionist staff not friendly.

I like the seaview from my room , reasonable price for accomodations and the hotel pool.

The view is simply marvelous.. When we arrived, we headed straight to view the sea while sipping our coffees and muching some traditional kueh badak. Heaven.

The hot water in the bathroom is not hot. It was mildly lukewarm.

The room so dirty, got dust and can feel using your hands, also the toilet got many problem, unable to use bathtub as the cover is not tight

Proximity to the beach.. Nice view from the back of the hotel

Rundown place.. such a huge property, but not maintained well at all.. toilet bidet broke and hurt my finger.. no restaurant. Had chosen this hotel because of the seaview, but was given a room with no seaview, even when the whole hotel had very little occupancy.

the room is fine but AC got some problem.

the breakfast is not meet my taste. during check in there is lack of receptionist.

No AC facility outside room/hallway

30minute from teluk kemang beach(beach that provide many water sport accommodation). It also my fault not aware the beach that i want. The nearby beach is for photo and mild swimming.

The lift takes time to reach only 3 lifts for 13 lvl building. The swimming pool same level with lobby so need to dry yourself (the lobby people will side eye us if not get change) before back to room
