Bathroom drainage needs to improve after shower water keeps still on surfaces

Property is very near to beach and we have direct connection to beach. Swimming pool is big and very clean. Property is easy to find.Parking - Yes, big parking space.I enjoyed my stay. Staff is helpful.

It was very nice hotel . My husband and I really enjoyed staying here . I booked partial sea view and it was very relaxing to see the view from the balcony of our room.

The buffet breakfast a little disappointing and the cafe is not well maintained at all. At night we called to order food but unfortunately the cafe has already closed earlier and we didn’t expect it.

This hotel is classified as a 4star property I dispute that. All the facilities are in place to be a 4star but I felt it was poorly run and poorly cleaned. We were there for three nights and we never had the room cleaned once. We had to contact reception for towels, toilet paper and complementary water every day. The hotel is predominantly a Muslim hotel so obviously there is no bar or alcohol allowed. I don't have a prejudiced cell in my body but in my opinion this hotel is not geared for non Muslim guests and I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends ...Sorry .

The staffs are helpful. Check in procedure is easy. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Pantai Teluk Kemang is located to the left of this hotel area (still need to drive to get there). The swimming pool is huge and nice.

The overall hotel ambience is lacking. The lobby feels like not welcoming the guest, empty. I booked 1 suite room, 1 deluxe king room for 1.1k++. Suite room is okay, but for the deluxe king room, they just combined twin beds, not a real king bed. Quite disappointed with this. Not to forget, the lift and the breakfast buffet. This hotel really needs an upgrade. Not really worth of money paid for the current hotel condition. Can find a better option forhotel in PD with the same price.

The maintenance of the restaurant was disappointing. There were dead flies at the cashier counter. No vegetarian options

Hotel is connected to the beach which was clean. It is not a private beach as stated on some other reviews. Available eateries within a 10 minutes drive. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Good range of TV channels both local and international. Good wifi connection. Staff was quick to attend to give us a reserved parking lot on a night they were fully booked and all carpark lots were taken up.

The Chef is amazing. The food so sedap.

Cleanliness need to be improved. Corners of all floors (bed room / lobby / Also the restaurant to pick dirty dishes immediately after table is empty). To remove all cars / all parking front of beach. Improve the staircase at the beach.

The hotel has direct access to the beach. It's private beach hence not crowded at all. Could be because it's weekdays as well. The swimming pool is spacious enough to swim around. The location is just nice, not so far from the small town that has mcd, family mart, pharmacy, restaurants and all. The king bed is super big.

The room lighting can be improved. No night light. The room is either has to be bright or dark. No in between. No slipper, no laundry bag, no prayer mat provided in my room during the stay. Also, there is no option for breakfast. I mean usually you can choose for it to be included in th package, but there wasnt such option. The shower head is quite small as well. Stains here and there in the toilet but still acceptable and not up to the point dirty. Service by the cafe staff was slow. Only provided 1 access card for the room. Has to wait very long for the room service staff to come and help to open the room. The reception doesn't hv any extra. But after being slightly aggressive due to the very long waiting to open the door, the staff gave one extra card. Acceptable situations here n there considering the rate and its not 5 star hotel but can be improved.
