Yes the whole lack of service and empathy waited 2 hrs for pizza and fish and chips.room safe wasn't working working took over 4 hrs to replace.told not possible to another chair in the room

Lot of power plug in the room but half of them is not working. Wonder why that is the case

I like the scenery from the room.

For the price I paid (quite expensive), I don't think it's worth it... Pool is small, Room is huge with lots of potential buy not maximise to the fullest potential. Room was dusty, breakfast didn't have much choice and refilling food items took forever. Some food item was not even refilled till the end. The services I received does not match the amount of money I paid for.

Breakfast is ok, if can provide more hot drink such as hot milo , hot milk and so on. Outside sitting too many ?‍⬛ .Porridge if can add on salted eggs, ikan bilis then will be perfect.Omelette if can add on some ? , cili , mushroom much more better.

i don't like using ?️ key to open the room. Should upgrade using card will be more better.

the room was good however the balcony was dirty and full of bird poop, it was not cleaned for days

the breakfast could be better I had stayed in Avillion Admiral Cove previously and the breakfast served was way better then what I experienced this time on my stay

We were in need of accommodation for a retreat and this is the nearest. Hotel is just next to the beach. Beds are comfy to sleep in. Toilet/Shower area is clean but old.

The room is super dated. The cupboard doors aren't closing. There remote controls in the room aren't working. The TV screen looks melted.

Covered parking is easy at LL floor, plenty of parking except weekend

The staff was friendly, location near to restaurants & shoplots.

The room bit lame especially TV & shower wall bit dirty. Service ? requested towel @ 6pm and didnt came even after we go out for dinner & need to request again and received at 10pm

front counter indian lady with short bob hairstyle was very kind putting us up for premium king after seeing me with 2 kids and wife. i didn't even ask for it; we could only afford the premium double/twin. the size of room is large by today's standard and the great waterfront view when entering the hotel is wow. water pressure in bathroom is excellent. internet speeds is surprising. no issues with the elevators, fast and efficient. the bell boy who attended was very nice and welcoming. the parking was great too!

the room 2515 is a little worn out. the toilet door was stuck and hard to move. the chair was damp and smell of mold. had a fairly large single unit 1.5hp aircond in the room and the compressor has a delay kick-in, but that's ok. breakfast spread was minimal inter-continental (nasi lemak, mee goreng, salad bar, coffee, bread counter, english breakfast, eggs bar outside next to roti canai and mee sup). edwin the manager at the counter didn't even make eye contact or smile, most probably tired or worn out... he could try BUT atleast he was efficient. if you like to nit-pick then the hotel is not for you; keep in mind there are VERY few options for new hotels in PD. so i just smile and was grateful with so many good things because the hotel had that late 90s vibe. it's not overly flashy just subtle and enjoyed my time with the family.

The location

The bed sheet have yellow stain and my family being bitten by bed bug. Very dissappointed with it.

The location was very strategic. It was near the beach walking distance to the beach. The parking was okay. The breakfast was just okay. The view was nice though I was upgraded to the Seaview room. Check in and check out process were also easy.

The room itself was kind of humid and a bit dusty. The room smelled dusty. One of the sink were not working. Some of the lights were also not working. The room itself is a bit worn down. The building was also a bit old and worn down. It could’ve been better.

1. Cannot connect to beach. 2. Connection building to building in term of design architecture is fail. For example from room connection to restaurant (breakfast area, swimming pool area)3. Disable (oku) access design from lobby area to restaurant / swimming pool area design worse.4. Less signage access to room 5. Maintenance quality low.

Room was spacious and the choice of breakfast was good.

The building and furniture are so run down. Mattress, bedsheet and towers were old, basin in the bathroom was leaking, mould all round in the bathroom?.

Hotel is too old .. for the price that you’re charging it’s really not worth the money at all .. you should seriously have a refurbishment ..

Breakfast is good, variety of menu and the room is spacious.

The entrance road is dark (no light at all).. Please add some light for safety issue.

The swimming pool, gym, the kids playroom, the boat side view and the huge room. So much to do here, didn't have enough time for all activities.Retro phyical keys instead of electronic door cards.

Don't get me wrong, there are some things that could be improved. The wall stains, looks rundown in the room, the toilet looks exclusive but had leaks during shower. We got it undercontrol. The tv didn't work. Asked for help but didn't resolve until we check out. Some parts of the walls looks rundown in the room. But maybe because it's been a while. Could use a bit of touchup.
