Need to refurbish your room. Design is the same as we came 10yrs ago.

Clean & comfortable room. The bed was cozy & the pool was clean & relaxing.. breakfast was nice & delicious.

No restaurant nearby. Need to drive or use grab

I had stay in this Same Type of Rooms since 10 Yrs ago. But surprising nothing is upgraded. TV still not a Smart TV Internet - Unable to Connect - Need to Connect to other rooms Wi-Fi Flushing - The Toilet terrible. The Flushing system is so bad that we afraid as i will choke. Had called up the technician and they seem not helping at all Flooring - Bad and can see cracks

Favourite part of our stay was definitely the private pool with the mini garden overlooking the coast. (specially and specifically requested for a room with a view). At peak sunlight, the pool glistened and the surface of the water was a kaleidoscope of shimmering light. The view during sunset was beautiful. Dipping in the pool at night with the warm yellow seashell wall lamps made us feel like we were part of some Single's Inferno paradise episode. There were multi-folding doors between the outdoor pool and the indoor bathroom and kitchenette, which was a well thought-out, commendable design. There is an outdoor shower by the pool and an indoor private shower (with an opaque glass on one side and a transparent glass with roller shade on the other, allowing enough sunlight in) facing the garden and overlooking the coast. The indoor wet room/shower/bathroom was very spacious, decently equipped with the necessary amenities and airy enough for towels to hang dry overnight. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodated to our requests for room preference and extra towels, drinking water and floor mats. After checking-in, we noticed that the pool pump/filter automatically turned off and upon checking with the receptionist, they sent their hotel staff to attend to this immediately and they turned it on manually. Efficient service.Overall, a comfortable and private stay. If you're looking for a private villa with a pool for a short getaway, this might be an option for you.

Security: The lock from the main corridor into the main villa room was via usual key card, deadbolt and latch. But the locks from the room to the outdoor private pool and garden were simplistic and the locks for the multi-folding doors were not very secure. Perhaps the hotel can look into this for future security purposes (coming from the balcony/outdoor). Pool Float: Appreciated the orange life buoy by the pool for recreational use. Would have been great if the hotel added a second one so both guests would be able to chill and enjoy with the floats. Still enjoyed the pool nonetheless. The Buffet Breakfast: Decent variety of food. But the flies that were flying around indoor and disturbing guests were somewhat off-putting. We only went for the breakfast on the first day and did not go back for the breakfast after that. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi was available but it was slow. Ended up using own hotspot instead.Gym: The gym was not accessible as it was under renovation.

I loved the room with pool and the environment. A very mind soothing stay for us as a family.

The breakfast menu is not up to my expectations. The choices are limited but the taste was amazing.

The private pool. My children really enjoy it. Our 2nd time here.

Can't enter the room since there's a problem with the access card couldn't be detected. Once the the staff open, the room untidy. They gave another room. All is okay but the kettle full with ants. The staff didn't check everything while doing housekeeping.

the Wifi in the room is not stable. lagging when i want to watch a movie in my ipad

Pool in the room was great. Very spacious. Furniture and fittings were a bit worn out, toilet could also benefit from refurbishment. Staff is superb. Very efficient services, buggies were on time. Definitely will repeat stay.

Wooden furniture showed visible signs of decay. Toilet / shower area too.

The big room. Swimming pool outside near to pantry and toilet didn't wet the bed area. Food selections for breakfast is fair enough.

More focus on pantry cleanliness, saw cockroaches. Bathroom shades need to replace/upgrade.

We loved our stay at the Grand Lexus….the staff was so nice, helpful, room was amazing and outdoor pool fabulous! We left another property to comeHere and will come back again!

The check out time is too early(11am),could have make it 12noon

Staff was very friendly. Had a wonderful time. The big pool had only 5 sunbeds but I guess as the hotel was more for "local people" they do not use the pool area in the same way that we are used to.

Unfortunately I do not know what is happening in Port Dickson, we noticed the same thing, abandoned places and rubbish everywhere. The beach near the hotel is not that nice (dirty & rubbish) The hotel promised a pool cafe, but there was non. Restaurant and bar was very empty in the evening so we felt really alone.

To find parking was bit difficult but I understand that during holidays or weekends, it could not be helped.

Location, rooms and concept.

The private pool is sweet. The bed is comfortable. The washroom is clean with hot water.

The security is a concern as someone can climb up the door and enter into the house. If the window is not close, someone can enter into the room directly. The hotel does come with security guard to check at the entrance but do not check exit.
