Breakfast still can be improving The nasi lemak ikan bilis totally no taste.

It was good. We enjoyed the rides in the lake. The swimming pool was quite long- good to do laps. The room was huge. Breakfast was tasty.

Housekeeping did not make up our room. When we called housekeeping, nobody answered. We got small ants in our room too.RM60 for breakfast is quite pricey for what was served.

Almost all the facilities and entertainment closed. Nothing much to enjoy. First room jacuzzi was default, helpful staff got my room change. Breakfast buffet was okay. Room Not worth the money. Overall bruh

Property is huge and and well maintained but it’s far from PD city. There are not much shop around the close proximity but always can hire a Grab to go.

Room was quite nice and huge. Comfortable and large beds. Jacuzzi was quite nice but not all the points were working. Property was clean and well maintained.

Quiet spacious, got every basic nessasity like iron, umbrella, torch.Everthing was so fine arrangement for table and extra.

TV is not smart tv, was dissapointing for that part,

Swimming pool was spoil because smell not good. Report already but still same on next day. I came for my kids to enjoyed their pool.

Buffet breafast fell short of expectation, they have an extensive buffet but food was not replenished or remnants left to dry. Also requested for an ice bucket, had to pay RM2, which was fine, but ice was delivered in a plastic bag!!! How to keep the ice?? When there is no freezer in the room!

Very clean and comfortable stay

No hand wash in toilet. No dishwashing liquid in the pantry. No glasses, just two small cups. A bit inconvenient for a family stay. Other than these, everything is enjoyable.

5 Star Hotel which should be even rated 1 Star

1. Badly maintained. Rooms which has mould walls, Fans not working properly. Unclean Aircon. 2. Very unhygienic environment and the housekeeping denied to mop floor during daily housecleaning 3. Staff can’t speak in English 4. Bad quality food with only 2 vegetarian options Had to curtail my stay by 3 nights and the front desk didn’t even bother to ask why I was leaving before my scheduled date. Not recommended for Expats

Customer service at fnb can be improved

it's definitely the sweet staff who are polite. i especially liked the room service accessibility because it's like a website which requires me to scan a qr code and you can get everything there including toilet essentials. it may not be as resort as I'd like it to be but the vibe is really chill. and the birds and lake are a unique touch. with what little they had, the staff goes the extra mile to make everyone's new year's celebration amazing with food pop ups, entertainment like movies (inc. popcorn) fire show, traditional dance. the view from my water chalet was amazing watching this go on especially with the adorable MCs leading the event. oh yes, the Asian food (didn't try anything else) was amazing!!!! omg please try the kampung fried rice it was the one thing that saved everything!!! ?

honestly the facilities. dust behind TV (with two channels only no cable or streaming service), the room lights were too dark, everything is under repair and so so so so so rundown. the gym may have electric turned on but not working. the spa was closed till further notice. the restaurant has no mechanism to prevent flies - the one time i ate there we were swarmed by flies so room service saved me. I really hope you ever manages the resort to PLEASE DO BETTER. your staff seems to be working really hard.

The room is spacious and clean

Need better lighting. The room feels so dark. The massage and spa are closed. Disappointed

The room and toilets are clean. This is what I like about the hotel. The room is carpet-less but it is really clean and not dusty. I booked 3 rooms but one of my room is having some toilet clogging issues. They try to fix it but it will take time, therefore the management compensate us with outdoor activity as complimentary to the toilet issue.

I hope they will fix the slide at kids section. The slide at kids section is closed temporary I guess. The breakfast dishes taste may need to be improved. Some of the dishes are tasteless on my 1st day. 2nd day breakfast was good.

The lobby smell good maybe nearest with dobby area..room are okay n very big..got jacuzzi ?

The iron board is damage..the carpet also a bit dirty..the food just okay only..a bit pricey not worth it..
