The activities, accessibility to beach & kids pool is good. Greenary & landscape was beautiful. Everything was great here.

Your wooden item in the room and the wooden window frame is old and got alot of ant.Is time to replace it.

I loved everything about our stay there. The rooms are big with comfortable stay

There was no wifi. I called the service centre a couple of times regarding wifi but no one came to assist. The TV remote also wasn’t working

The location is wonderful, by the sea with lots of trees and plants, very greenery, cosy environment. Tiny farm with peacocks, chicken, and birds. Wonderfull sunset view. Standard Malaysian breakfast. The upkeeping of facilities in the rooms is rather poor. Bathtub with no lid, hairdryer didn't function. Fan didn't function. Some of the lights were not working. Besides these issues, i had a nice stay.

The long wait to check in on weekends is rather frustrating.

Hotel was beautiful. The room was amazing and had fantastic views.

This is my 2nd stay here.Had choosen Avillion for my Anniversary this time. We had the water chelate, It has an amaizing ambients as you are in BALI. Although it was a good choice, there is some down side that need to be improve.

Key Card-on my 2nd day stay, i was unable to use my key card to enter the room.Called the number on the card and has been told to walk back to the reception. And my room was at 900?, we requested for assist to open the door first for us to change before we goes to the reception. Waited more than 30mnt+ before they arrive. Breakfast-sambal taste was ?-food spread is not up to expectation for RM50+ buffet breakfast.-need to find for cutleries and we could only get the cutleries at the counter where the waitress is wiping it.Room-no body soap on the dispencer -toilet bowl cloggedAdult Swiming pool-empty beer can was every where. (China group)-used towel on swing pool deck (almost all deck)

Stunning sea view from my room. Can stroll along the beach during low tides. Short distance to PD night market (only on Sat night)

Poor maintenance of the toilet- standing shower area with mould. Cleanliness of the room - dusty window near the day bed & dirty fridge.

Its near the beach and have been to Avillion almost yearly

The hotel and rooms are quite run down, the rooms smell foul, rusty, decaying in some areas in the room

The view, good location with many restaurants nearby, there’s both kids and adult’s swimming pool that are quite nice, there is a nice spa overlooking the sea, staff room service was fast. We requested for extra towel and water and they sent immediately to our room.

The room floor was sandy, room was dark, there was only one light in the room (bedside lamp), not sure if the aircon works properly as we could not adjust the temperature, the lift did not work on our last day during check out, the property is very old and little refurbishment was done towards the room as seen from the bathroom condition and furniture in the room.

Room had a lot of ants and thermite, hot water was not really hot... So overall not a big thing for the price but easy fixes. I think maintenance is an issue has this place is clearly aging

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We requested an upgrade to a sea-view room, and the staff kindly arranged a beautiful room with an amazing view for us. The next day, the air conditioner started leaking, but the staff responded quickly and efficiently, and moved us to another very comfortable room right away. We truly appreciated their warm service and professionalism, especially at the front desk. It made our stay so much more enjoyable and worry-free. We’ll definitely stay here again next time — highly recommended!

Unfortunately, our stay at Avillion Water Chalet was disappointing and not up to the standard expected for the price paid. The chalet we stayed in (Room 517) was not properly maintained — the balcony door lock was broken, which made us feel unsafe as two women traveling alone. I raised the issue with the front desk, but no action was taken during our stay.Additionally, the blinds in the shower were missing, and the balcony area was dirty upon arrival, with bird droppings covering both the chairs and the floor. The room itself felt sandy, and there was no bath mat provided in the shower area, which added to the discomfort.Communication with AviSpa was also a frustrating experience. I tried reaching out via social media, emailed both Booking.com and their reservation address, but received no response. When I finally called, I was told walk-ins were welcome and no booking was necessary — which wasn’t quite true. We were only given an hour and couldn't extend our session because they were fully booked.We returned the next day for a pedicure, expecting a full service for RM118 — including foot soaking, exfoliation, nail trimming, cuticle care, and polish. Instead, the experience was very basic, with only nail cutting and buffing done by a kind but clearly untrained staff member.Overall, the experience felt underwhelming and not worth the premium pricing. The location has potential, but the lack of upkeep and poor service left much to be desired.

They staff only smile they own kind. And there’s two pool, because my so. don’t like the main pool, so we can’t go the other pool because above 18. And some off them they feeding the kids while the kids was playing, isn’t very clean.

The staff are professionals and responsible

The conditions of the room are very old, some furnitures are damaged but still remain in the room.
