The cleanliness.. everything working so well. The hotel at town got nearby mamak, 7E.

room very spacious, toilet very clean, cold aircond, can watch tv, wifi , got kettle, bottle drink & sachet coffee, comfortable bed & nice decoration, location was great, nearby to spa, restaurant, burger stall, parking for bikes & car, very helpfull staff, all excellent, got lift, iron

This is a modern building on the edge of the town so close to a good selection of Malay, Chinese, and Indian restaurants, supermarkets, and within walking distance (with light luggage) from the railway station. Very clean throughout, quiet day and night, with comfortable bedding, modern bathroom, a working desk and chair, and stromng wifi.

A drinking water dispenser would be a welcome addition. Many Malaysian hotels now provide this.

The bedroom was spacious, toilet was clean and staff was friendly.

No fridge to store items like medication, cold drinks etc.

Clean. Quick check in process. Lift provided. Plenty of parking. Near to the city. Located next to a cafe, canteen, mix store and reflexology place. Aircond is so cool.

Lack of prayer mat and hangers. Encountered mosquito problem at night, and the toilet lock was difficult to use as it was loose.

Room were not soundproofEntrance of the hotel have quite a high curb, it's a challenge for electric wheelchair to enter.Toilet have also slight different level between wash basin & toilet bowl it's a challenge for wheelchair to maneuver

1) there were 2 electricity outage when I checked into the hotel. I feel that the hotel was very poorly maintained that caused this outage.2) there is no telephone provided inside room to make an request/ complaint. You need to go all the way down to reception to do that…so inconvenient

The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable double beds and linens.

The hotel room is exceptionally clean

Music noises from outside until after midnight, maybe because there is a festival

big enough for 1 queen room. wide space for solat and nice bathroom

Room is spacious so cannot fathom why hotel will not provide sufficient hooks for hanging clothes & towels.Exhaust fan for bath has been removed & the window left open exposing the room to insects & huge lizzards.
