I like the shower water flow, it was good and heavy flow. The room is nice and neat. We can fill water near to the counter water dispenser. The take note of my request that I am with a 80 years old senior citizen. They given me 1st floor room. They actually reply my message that they have ground floor family room but I want 2 bedrooms instead of one family room for 4.

There is no table for the suitcase, no toilet roll placement. No hand railing on the 1st floor staircase. Not easy for my dad to go up and down the stairs. It would nice to have a hand held shower head. I was afraid that my dad may slip in the bath cause floor is rather slippery after shower.Yh

Strategic location and safe parking place. The staff is very helpful.The condition of the room is very comfortable and the toilet is very satisfactory.

The location of the nearby shops is not very manageable and the many shops are quite far away

The low water pressure on the 3rd floor makes the shower not work properly.

Location was good as it was really close to a school I was visiting. There are also restaurants and shops nearby to get things if needed.

There are only staircase - so you might want to be mindful of that when you choose this place if you have luggages etc. There were no kettle and cups in the room. Luckily the gentleman downstairs was nice enough to give me one upon request but this is not readily available.The air cond in the room leaked so water was dropping all day - they did change the room for me which was good. Just the inconvenience of having to repack and move at night. Also, there was no mirror in the room except for a small one in the toilet with very little lighting so wasn't easy for me to get ready for work. And there was no additional table or furniture to put anything on - just a bare room and a bed and side table that was already occupied with some things.

I found out toilet bin not been cleared on my first nite.A bit smelly in the toilet. Perhaps shall install ventilation fan.Water filter at the lobby not function.

I think their alarm is having problem. it will sound “beep beep beep” from midnight to morning, and the worse is staff cannot do anything! can you imagine whole night I can’t sleep…….
