Room ,atmosphere outside

There is a room on the top floor, number two, at the end, every night there is a sound of dragging chairs, tables, knocking on walls, footsteps, slamming doors and the sound of marbles being scattered.. in a sense it is haunted.. from my experience.. believe me

Good located with car park friendly.

The only thing to complain was the shower heaterComplicated to control the hot water Perhaps there is a improvement of it.

outdoor and indoor well maintained, clean and tidy room, private/gated spacious parking area. worth price.

Location is good, in the town of Temerloh. However this hotel is surrounded by residential area and shop lot in front of the premise.

The hotel not provide breakfast and no restaurant attached to this hotel. Thus we need to get our food the outside.

At the beginning, confused on road plan in the building. Need to run here and there to find lift, room and car park. Staffs not very helpful. For A standard hotel like this you need better staffs, and well train

The hotel is near established eateries like Secret Recipe and Old Town. Parking our car was very safe as it's in the hotel compounds and customer service was excellent, ?. Need to bring your own toiletries eg tissues, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. However everything is in good working condition.

Clearly it was an old hotel seen from the facilities in the room (heard it's at least 30 years old). The spray holder was slightly broken and I cut my hand keeping the bidet spray. The bedsheets and under the beds were quite dusty.

I am begging this hotel to STOP USING BLEACH to clean the entire room and toilet.It is extremely harmful to breathe in.Do you really want your customers to get sick?People can collapse if bleach stains and fumes are not properly cleaned!The moment I opened the door, I could already feel my throat burning, and my eyes immediately became watery from the bleach fumes.I couldn’t even breathe properly while using the toilet because the smell of bleach was so strongit's as if undiluted bleach was wiped all over the place.Kudos to the staff who helped contact the cleaner to clean the toilet again and ensure the smell was reduced.While the smell in the toilet has improved, the strong bleach odor in the main room remains.Can you imagine having to sleep in a room filled with the overwhelming smell of bleach?PLEASE STOP USING BLEACH to clean the rooms and toilets.There are safer alternatives, such as Pine-Sol cleaner, which is both more effective and much safer than bleach.If you truly believe bleach is the better option, then you should check Room 209.the rim of the sink is full of black mold.

Location. The spacious rooms. The staffs. The lift. The cleanliness. Satis.

We like everything about the hotel. Just that we got the ones wt the block that has got no lift. My knees was aching going up the staircases. Overall, we love the place. A good place to break the journey. The rooms was soooo spacious. Large beds. Cozy. Comfy. Calm. Friendly and helpful staffs.Thank you

Staff were helpful and warm. Room is cozy, aircond works well. Room has nice view with large windows. Equipments are functional and overall quite clean. Safe and secure as well.

Wifi is weak inside room, so perhaps need to inform patrons first. Loud bangs from other rooms slamming doors is frequent for some reason.

Staffs were friendly n attentive.i requested for an early check in n they responded immediately.totally no hassle.The staff were pleasant too

Area was darkAircond ?? non existense.. I thought that box was a dilapidated box fan..Room.. cleanliness was so so.. room facilities.. sockets were a fire hazards.You basically can hear childrens or voices from all corners of the room.. top, bottom, left right..

I like the location of the hotel because it's situated quite near to the town. The location makes it easy to find access to most restaurants. The facilities are okay. The room I booked, the family deluxe, gave off an old antique vibe, but it was quite spacious. I requested to add on one more bed, and there was still plenty of room. I enjoyed the balcony as well and of course, the room was clean. All in all, for such a price point, I'm a happy customer.

I was disappointed with the air conditioning, it wasn't cold enough. I got lucky that it was raining the night I stayed, but if it hadn't, I don't know how I would have slept. The rest was great.

near with town. easy to go everywhere because its very strategic place.

everything is okay but when register it takes much time to check-in because the room was not prepared yet. but its okay to me.
