Near by convenient shops. Clean room and comfortable bed. Enough hanger to hang clothes.

Love the place... near shop lot, very easy to find food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. and 7e and 99speedmart was near.. within 1m walking distance.

There is no lift facility, and it is difficult to carry big luggage, and it is not friendly for senior citizens and OKU (if the room is located at the first floor)

The hotel lists itself as handicap/ wheelchair friendly but it is not. There is only one room on the ground floor that is handicap friendly. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs to get to our room as there is no lift in the hotel. The room design is ridiculous - it’s very narrow and you reach the window with great difficulty to pull the curtain because of the table and chair that block accessibility. Overall, unsatisfactory.

Everything is good, very worthwhile to stay at cheap price

It would be better if an iron could be borrowed for use in the room, instead of having to iron your clothes in the hallway.

My experience staying at UDesign was superb. The room is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the place is quite the place is quite convenient

The tile in bathroom is not safe for old timer...

Not soundproof. Can hear next door talking on phone very loud and clear, ppl walking up and down the stairs and after 10pm still have visitors laughing out loud in the hallway

No hanger in my room, can't hang my clothes after ironing. Water dispenser not in good order during my stay. No lift, not friendly for old seniors and OKU.

Safe for solo lady traveller, well trained staff, easy to book rooms and hotel has a nice clean fresh smell as well.

Nothing but if i have to say then maybe the maintainence should check some light bulbs which need to be changed (fused).

Very decent hotel for the price! Staff are nice and helpful. Filtered water available. Very nice shower.

Value for money.

1. The parking. Because the hotel surrounding has many bar, so the public parking was occupied. Have to park a bit far away from the hotel.2. Stair. The Hotel don't have elevator because the hotel is 2-storey shophouse.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, easy to find parking

No lift, need to climb the stairs with your luggage. Corridor noise from other guests can be easily heard

The bathroom floor is way too slippery and dangerous during wet. My boyfriend slipped and fell. The hotel doesn't provide any non slip mat for the smooth bathroom floor tiles. I had to request for cotton floor mats to line the bathroom floor before I was able to take a shower, as I didn't want to fall too.
