- first, I got a room which I noticed someone had used it before us, as the bathroom was wet & there was water on the floor. We asked to change room & I got spacious one.

- I had to carry all my bags up to the 3rd floor and surprisingly there isnt a lift in the hotel. I had to walk up the stairs. ?? the comforter was not even ironed and the inner layer was like old cloth cos it was torn.

- Negotiating the cancellation of the reservation is not comfortable due to the staff not being friendly even though it can be negotiated better.

I had been staying in this hotel so many times previously...the staff is always polite n well known for anything.The room is big enough as always and clean.The area had so many amenities and place to eat.
This is the first time I stay and not enjoying the bed much...Usually my kids won't have any issues in sleeping at the hotel,but I think the hotel might need to check the mattress for bed bugs
