Lokasi is downyiwn & close/easy to find spots for breakfast/lunch or dinner.

Very cramped...shud scale down size of the table cabibet to allow more space

1. Parking need to pay.2. Toilet too small, especially the WC facing the wall too close. Also smelly. And the toilet a step up. It's not advisable for elderly who hv knees pain.3. Breakfast not buffet....

Room 416 not that much clean. Smelly comforter & clogged drainage in the washing basin & shower area

location..near farmacy,restaurant and 7e...

overall is ok but the lamp is not so bright..i prefer white lamp compared with yellow..also housekeeping is loud in the morning and quite bothers me..also all the door is loud..

Still acceptable but going on down side because on certain area neat is not there.

The bed size.

I found a cockroach on the dressing table and the room is not really clean. It is not soundproof and the noise from vehicles can be heard. I can even hear people talking from the next room. I have checked in most of hotels in Kuantan and most of them have fridge. Even some hotels are cheaper than here but still have fridge. The breakfast time is at 730 am, as for someone who’s working on site, it’s quite late for me. Breakfast time in most hotels in Kuantan are 6.30 am (AC & Zenith) and other 3 stars hotels are at 7 am.

The comfort of the bed

I booked 2 rooms during my stay. The smell of the room from (second floor) was so bad. Another room(4th floor), the smell from the bathroom was very bad.

Easy to find.

The room has no window. Very kepam. Rude front desk people. If it rains, theres no extra awning in the front, so u kena hujan la lepas keluar kereta. The iron is not working also. Haiyaa. Pls spend extra money to NOT stay here and choose a better option.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was huge and comfy.Breakfast was good although it was basic and simple.

Nothing. Everything was in perfect order. Possibly to take note: the hotel doesn't have a designated parking lot, so patrons will have to park by the roadside. Don't forget to pay for parking lest one could be fined by the authority.
