Ancasa Royale, Pekan Pahang

One of the best hotels I've been so far. The room is huge, the facilities are superb, staff are welcoming and very helpful.

The toilet needs some upgrading. Floor is slippery and the sink is always clogged. The toilet bowl is also leaking.

There was a problem with the water heater, it doesn't work and told the staff to fix it ( they did i think )Got leaking issue on the bathroom door ( I slipped )

The room is so spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is big and clean. I love the toiletries!The only setback was for online booking, we have no option for breakfast during the booking.

We like almost everything, the room was spacious, the food was delicious, my daughters repeat the same menu… swimming pool is big… good location…

I had a pleasant stay at the Ancasa Hotel Pekan. The foods/rooms was particularly impressive. While there were a few minor late to replace the towels they didn't significantly impact my overall experience. I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Pekan.

Guests can enjoy the sunset scenery for those staying in rooms with river view and sunrise for those staying in rooms with garden view.

Centralize the air-conditioning system for the guest room. Room Temperature would be kind of difficult to control by guests own.

The buffet was unavailable during our stay hence we need to opt for a la carte, but no big issue.

Poor sound proofing between rooms - had noisy children next door - loud and noisy as early as 07:00.Restaurant was average - not enticing- will not return.Lack of a secure lock at connecting door to adjacent room.

Im sorry but the breakfast menu is not like what i expect. Its good taste, but mybe u can change the menu. Or put more different menu so the guest can choose more what they want to eat for breakfast. Tq

Room was right to the end & far from lift

I love everything about this hotel. The interiour, the pool, the foods and cafe, their bed and pillow. Deluxe king room is perfect for pengantin baru like us. Everything are perfect and the staffs also friendly. Deffinitely will stay here again for my next short vacation.

I dont have anything that I didnt like. Just that maybe the hotel building need a little bit of new painting because the hotel look old from the outside. Also maybe can add a bit more of light inside the room. I have to be at the window when I want to make up because there are not enough light in the room.
