Disappointed and dissatisfied

Expensive and low quality, cannot sleep as Air cond not cold.

Location

On 2 nights, 1 lift was broken and only 1 lift in service. Waiting for lift to go down took ages. Parking on the 2 nights also not easy as hotel organised weddings and guests from outside filled up parking space. I had to park my car on roadside on 1st night.On separate note, there was a lot of noise, moving furniture in the floor upstairs until 2am. Very noisy.

The room smell like havent been cleaned for a while.With dust everywhere

Was not properly cleaned, the beds have some odour.

The location is strategic as eateries and other convenient shops are accessible. Parking is sufficient and well-lit.

The floor has strong cigarette smell. The bed sheet smells like it was not changed. Strong musty smell in the room. A lot of wear and tear in the hallways.

Location, away from the bustling city. City nearby. Right by the beach, perfect

Look like closing down this hotel. Bed also sinking .breakfast not buffet because less people . Offer ala carte but it is cold like cooked food yesterday.maybe kitchen staff not being paid that why they not prepare food properly.protein only eggs

the water heater is in good function.

flies everywhere and even stray cat is allowed inside the compound.the staircase is dark at night, if there's an emergency, it put everyone in danger.

Water pressure is very low. At one time no water.

The beach was super near with breathtaking views - literally at your doorstep.

Breakfast for 2 was great for the value, as it came with the room. Spread was reasonable however the egg station was demotivating. The half-boiled eggs were quarter ready and couldn't be consumed. Perhaps the egg-station could be improved by having the staff manning it, as in other hotels - this happens to be the favourite part of most of us, travellers..we love our eggs to be perfectly moist and delicious, every time!

the only good thing about the hotel is the view. and perhaps the counter service. very helpful and polite.

everything else. the hotel is rundown. the lift was broken. it had broken floor/tile before entering the lift. the room was not as in the picture. the water pressure was low, can hardly clean yourself in the toilet, the shower was slow. the toilet bowl was dirty. the light cover was shabby, the curtains were not properly made. we arrived at 9.30pm from KL, and checked out the same night at 11.30pm. and Booking.com has not come back to us when we reported about it and seek for compensation for the second night that we booked.

Smooth check in and reception staff are friendly. The hotel is so well located in front of the beach. Loved how clean and calm the beach. Clean room and toilet?

Wish the hotel could upgrade abit more eg the lobby.,outside abit run down and repaint back the building.

A bit old and need some upgrade. The lift made sound like someone pulling a wheel inside it.

View was not good. But we just came to sleep.

The location of the Hotel by the beach side facing the south china sea was great....Beautiful place to walk at the shore...
