Rocana Hotel

ITS CONVINENT TO WALK AROUND AND WITH SHOPPING CENTRES AT 5 MINS WALK

BREAKFAST SPREAD NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.THE STAFFS STARTED TO REMOVE ALL THE BREAKFAST SPREAD BEFORE 10AM WHICH IS VERY DISAPPOINTING

The location and fair pricing. Bed was comfortable.

The AC on the 6th floor hallway to the room isn’t working. Also the bathroom is not that clean, I’d rate it 4/10. There weren’t a shower head that’s detachable hence I’ve to use my shower cap, and I wonder how the housekeeper cleans the toilets especially the bath areas. The tiles has stains because of the way it was constructed as well. Floor mats had stains too.

Its close to the mall, clean room, friendly staff

The staff is very professional, polite and approachable. I booked but chose the wrong date earlier but the staff guided me to amend the date in the booking.com website.Pls convey my thank you note to him.

The parking area. There is a border which does not have a safety line/alert

Staff is very friendly, the room is very clean and spacious, most importantly very nearby to three mall within walking distance

Strategic location, walking distance to malls. Nice supportive staff.

Few parking places

Location

I got the room at level 2 which obviously rundown. The funiture is old, the floor got tape, the smell is like entering store room and no plug point available at the bed side.

Strategic location, big bed, big room, big toilet, free designated parking, fast wifi. there’s a water filter at the common floor too

Room is spacious and clean, bed are comfortable with extra pillow too. Very enjoyable stay.

Nothing so far

Location. Bed. Cleanest.

Breakfast. Not much option

Good variety of food to choose. We tried most of them.

Location of plug points was quite far from the bed. Perhaps make extra plug points at both sides of the bed.

The location is good and near shopping malls and convenient stores.

The parking is limited and most frustrating, the air-conditioner is broken and the room feels very hot. The kettle for boiling water is also broken.

Good

a bit noisy due to the pub below. i try to ask for higher floor.. but only level 4 is available.. i still manage to hear people singing clearly

Adequate, confortable, bilik luas

Ada satu masa aircond tak jalan, tapi technician made a quick fix so all good

Bad

Room 210 aircond unit not functioning.Like ghost on/off/on/off every secondWill never stay here again

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Rocana Hotel; we chose Rocana due to its location and reasonable price. The hotel staff were also quite helpful and the room was comfortable.

The aircons in both rooms were not cold so it got quite stuffy. There was no soap near the toilet/sink so we had to walk to the shower area to get some soap each time.

Clean, room big enough, staff friendly, check in and check out fast and simple.

During our stay, one of the room air-con got water leaking problem, although the temperature we set just 25 degrees Celsius...not cold. The rooms we stay are facing a pub/karaoke across the road, during night times the noise from there disturb our sleep. Fortunately the noise stop after 12 at night

Strategic location

The hotel is not well maintained and quite run downSmelly room, corridor air-cond not functioning, very warmBreakfast not much variety

The location is convenient. There are other restaurants around walking distance from the hotel. There is also a mall nearby.

The breakfast was not included. Parking below (basement) is limited.

Comfort bed and cozy room. Strategic location near to anything.
